What makes the best incarnate?

This isnt about what slots we are using/going to use but about what type of character could make the most powerful incarnate.

I have taken several characters into the first mission of the incarnate arc and I have to say my Ill/Rad (perma RA, Hasten, PA, etc) just pwned everyone else's time in that mission. I thought my brutes/scrappers blew through the mission until I ran it on the troller. Just for fun I aggroed as many of the Shadows as I could and he destroyed them in seconds.

Let me just say it was an interesting surprise. Anyone else have a tale of their future incarnate self?

My Dark/Dark/Soul Brute is a god of ST damage. While he only has two 'big' hitters in Midnight Grasp and Siphon Life, I get quite a lot of use out of combining the DoT's in Gloom, Midnight Grasp and Shadowmaul.

Now, there's a power in the first Incarnate mission that basically adds 321 damage to every tick of damage you do. I think it's called Core Paragon Resonance or something similar. Coupling that with all the ticks of damage put out by my favorite series off attacks, I could usually melt the echoes in that mission in about 6 seconds flat.

Glorious, I tell you.

I have only had time to run a two of my characters through so far, but the Illusion/Radiation Controller had the easiest time. I also ran it a few times on Test . . . and his ability to stealth, confuse and distract made it increadibly easy and fast. Try confusing the Rikti Portals! All the spawned Rikti then attack them for you.

Yes, if you've got your recharge up that high, Ill/Rad is godlike before even beginning with the Incarnate stuff. You are an overpowered tankmage. My level 50 Ill/Rad doesn't have recharge anywhere near that high, and she still pwns any elite boss she runs into without needing to use any inspirations.

Now, further consider that Dark Blast has Tenebrous Tentacles and Night Fall, cone DoTs that can reach across most of the populated part of the map under the mission buffs. My emp/dark herded up the echoes and melted them with the DoT. Unfortunately, full Incarnation does not appear to remove target caps, so I couldn't get them all at once.

I ran the Alpha slot arch with my Fire/Rad troller last night. Everything was a breeze up until Honoree (he spawned as an AV.) I had to call in a SG friend who grabbed her brute, and then he was cake. Didn't even loose an imp.

Anything with Caltrops...

Each damage tick from Caltrops seems to start a fresh instance of the unresistable damage DoT.

Things melt, and if you gather a few of the echoes up at once, then lots of things melt.

So far my fire/kin killed the echoes the fastest.

I enjoyed using my Ice/Thermal. Ice Storm and Blizzard (no nuke crash = awesome) combined? Instantaneous death. I only wish I had a toon with Ice Blast/Cold (or Storm) for three at a time.

I never did get the answer from my associate but I'm kind of curious what Oppressive Gloom does to you when it applies its self damage effect. That and I want to use Enforced Morale on someone.

yeah anything with lots of dot. I spawned 1 tornado on my plant/storm controller and wiped out 3 of them at once. Freezing rain wiped out a spawn as well.

My Earth/Fire Dominator's pets seemed to also get some sort of boost. Animated Stone and my Toxic Tarantula killed Reichsman without me lifting a finger. So lots of pets is also nice to have.

Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.

The buffs in that mission cap your recharge, and Divine Core Oscillation adds a huge damage proc to all your attacks that trivializes any damage of your own, so the normal methods for dealing damage go out the window. It's all about just landing as many individual hits as possible to get that power proccin'. The fastest way to kill the echoes, therefore, is to just chain Brawl and your fastest-activating power, and to use any pets you have so they can do it too. Every other thing about your character is irrelevent.
