New Frost Fire

Now that FF is trying to side with the angles, I think the time is right for him to get a real costume. I think he needs to look like more than just another Outcast.

/signed Wasn't he a former hero anyway? Where's his costume? Can they take it away if you defect?

He's siding with angles? Is he acute or obtuse?

Awfully snarky, Ben, but funny.

Not only would I like to see Frostfire get a new look, but I would love for a re-worked Hollows story arc where a new Outcast steps up to lead the gang.

@Winter. Because I'm Winter. Period.

I thought he was trying to go straight! {rim-shot}

But seriously, his old Outcasts gang uniform still suits him, although maybe some of the old costume pieces could be tweaked a bit.

That's really acute way of putting it, and without sounding obtuse, I'd like to think his current costume is complimentary. Just to make sure I don't get any degree of heat from you it would be right if he had an updated costume in the tip missions he shows up in. Perhaps an alternate exterior angle costume?

I'm down with this idea, as long as the person in charge of designing the costume is not the same that came up with the hideous costume that Mender Ramiel wears.

Wow, all the puns.

I'd sine that. I bet you could get a few people to cosine as well.

I propose an Earth/electrical user who goes by "Thunder Stone".
Also, I'll accept this suggestion, I think lots of old enemy factions are overdue for a bit of a makeover and update.
Hell, I think that Outcasts, Skulls, and Hellions need someone in their factions to use DP, just because they're supposed to be gang bangers, and nothing says 'gangsta' like DP.

It might be a bit overpowering for Paragon's gangs to be given dual pistols, like the Malta Gunslingers. Instead, why not new animation in which they hold their pistols at exaggerated angles with a consequent -Accuracy? Nothing says "gangsta" like being unable to shoot straight because of posing.

Heh.

I wouldn't mind FF getting a new costume, or even the suggestion of changing his mission to someone else, but I know what I DO want: the Frostfire map in AE.

Then it's not listed under an easy to find name.

Well, if it's the Thugs version of DP and we just give them one attack from it, maybe two at higher levels, it might be balanced out.

That's a rocky subject with me. I'm not really sure if I'm up to it without eroding my already crusty credibility. Perhaps your magnetic personality would take the lead?

Okay, I'm studying to be a math teacher, and these puns are really stretching my limits. In fact, I'd almost say that if this series of puns continues, the thread will diverge from its original intent.

That's not to even start on how derivative some of the puns have been.

Ya know, I knew I had written that wrong right after I hit send, but thought, 'What the heck, these boards are pretty forgiving of grammar.". LOL! What was I thinking? Anyway, I think the t-shirt, jeans, and boots costume is a little stale after so many years. At least give him something better for his Preatorian-self.
