To Min/Maxers who have these kinds of toys!? It seems like there's hardly an enemy anymore.
And then the Battalion shows up.

To add to the fun, although there is no "Limitless Core Freeeem", there is an active
"Ion Partial Core/Radial Judgement" which implies a different tree shape . . .

Sure, freakishly stylized cartoon child! Never give up!

There was actually a leak on test that gave all the information about the first 5 levels of incarnate, what each level does, and the effects of each branch of each level. The only one that's still accessible now is Ion Judgement. The other stuff, though, I have to say is pretty cool.

Along with [Divine Core Oscillation] and [Paradox Core Eternity]. All three listed here.

You know, I caught a glimpse of a Something or Other Judgement on Live (I forget what) via power links, and... It looks really cool, but it makes me really wonder what the point of Blaster crashing nukes is if these things are better. I don't mean to crosspost essentially the same thing, it just feels like this is the right place to talk about this.

In fact, the first two things that came to mind when I heard about an upgradable AoE were "Cool, now my Scrappers can be even more awesome!" and "Wait, what about my Blaster's nukes?" And to be honest, I still don't know what to say about it.

Think we'll have to assume that these kind of powers do have an insane high recharge. The epic power pool powers now have recharges from 10 - 14 mins roughly on powers like conserve power, so i expect it to be even more.

If it is a "nuke type" of power, then all we can assume is that the advantage of having a blaster nuke is that you can nuke X amount of times more than an incarnate nuke. While the damage outright isnt as high, the damage potential from start to finish will be higher for the blaster.

It'll only be if the power has a moderate recharge time of a few minutes will we have to worry about balance with AoE characters like fire blast/assualt rifle.

Could you maybe PM me that info? I would love to know more about what's to come.

It's for those lucky bastards who manage to dodge your first nuke, obviously!

Also, you can view power stats for [Nothing] in the game. It's an incarnate ability that doesn't do any thing to up to 20 targets! Or 16, I forget.

buffing a lot of null down at the end.
Haven't read through the whole thread, so don't know if the following has been said.

**SPOILER**
Hate to break it to ya though, but I'm rather certain this is only a power from the 1st mission in the incarnate arc, where one is to travel to the future to rescue Mender Ramiel ans thus will be given interpretations of the power of an Incarnate. I personally don't think we get this ability in one single Incarnate slot.
