MM pet customization is something the devs are aware that players would really like

I'd be content with just being able to give my robots a new paint job.

1. 2-4 different skins to choose from, per minion type
2. Abillity to lock in minions so the minion with that name always has that skin.
If they don't want a herd of strippers or crazy grandmas with guns following us, fine. But the single set of randomizing appearances we currently have sucks

I'd dress all my ninja up like a Touko Sentai Squad.
I'd also give my robots actual hands. I don't care if they're meant to be engines of destruction, dammit, I would want to make sure my robots can help me in my bank heists more than using their arms as crude forklifts!

I want to give my minions Sombreros. Don't care if they're robots or demons or ninjas. There's something I find inherently amusing about putting big hats on your hordes of expendable minions.
But seriously though, I doubt we'll ever get the ability to fully customize our minions, if just for reasons of space. 6 custom minions per mastermind costume would be... a little much. More, if you count in the graphics change when you upgrade them. Recolor them? Maybe.
Of course, I'd be happy if we could rename our Controller pets.

They could always give some alternative model options from the existing mobs - like CoT demons for Demon MMs, Banished Pantheon or zone invasion zombies for necro MMs, Praetorian or Primal Clockwork for robot MMs, Tsoo for Ninja MMs and Council, 5th Column, KoA or Malta for Merc MMs.

i want my ranged pets to stop meleeing.
When I have Ninjas, Soldiers or Thugs why can't I have two check boxes for power customization. One would say Longbow and the other would say Arachnos. That would be so much fun. It would open up an entire new realm of Alts so I could spend even more time with Alt-itis. The only thing I would enjoy more would be those groups of Croatoa factions. Having those burning pumpkin things as Henchmen would be awesome. Nothing would make my day better than watching a mob of angry pumpkins curb stomp enemy mob.
