And then I'd just switch the focus over to a different character.

I love Batman, but the temptation to mess with everybody would be too much.

There's also the fact that it's Batman, not The Web, and so more than ten people might actually buy it and give a damn.

I'm not sure you can call that "art".

The art reminded me of this video. Not sure if that is a good thing or not...

dont think we have to worry about that horrid artwork infecting the Batman, Inc." works since none of those artists are scheduled to work on the upcoming Bat-Titles. (or at least, they aren't working on Batman, Inc., Dark Knight, or Batman & Robin) but after reading through that last part of Morrison's story in B&R #16, THAT'S how they're intro'ing the new batman era?

eech.

worse was seeing them blow Bruce's Return with no explanation, and of course, the last part of the Return of BW isn't out yet. so yeah, good going there guys. criminey.

Is this gonna mess up the new Batgirl?

Also, Rob Liefeld... well, he must have been good at something. I don't know what, but whatever it was, it wasn't drawing or writing. Maybe knitting. Cards? Tiddlywinks?

Yes waiting for ish 6 of Return of Bruce Wayne would have been a good idea.

what gets me here is that the "Road Home" comics they were putting out were actually really good. though it was a pain in the *** the first week and realizing that though they claim those were all one-shots, there was a definite order to read them in, otherwise you'd get lost pretty quickly.

dammit.

God is that art ever ***-ugly horrible.

Grant Morrison, eh? Figures, he's always ****** superhero titles like this. Somehow he'll think he's being deep and meaningful when really he's just vomiting all over the characters. Maybe ages ago he was good, but now he's just a hack.

The irony is that as I recall, Deadpool is Liefeld's creation, but the character didn't gain popularity/notoriety until after others started working on him.

At least that was when Deadpool actually had feet, something that Liefeld just couldn't seem to draw at all, which probably led to the overcompensation via pouch drawing.

Probably because of some of the four letter words and other adjectives the site uses to describe Liefeld's lack of talent, rather then the horrific art.
