I NEED MOAR SLOTS! My /kin's heal has all 6 slots filled up. 5 Doctored Wounds and 1 acc IO. I dunno if I could get enough base acc to drop the acc for the Nictus proc though..

Gotta check my build

Someone steered me onto the Coercive Persuasion: Contagious Confusion proc, and I love it on my Ill/TA. As has been stated, purple procs are generally nice.

I know I have the Force Feedback +Recharge slotted on somebody, but I forget where. My NRG/Kin Corr probably. I can't recall if I have it anywhere on my WM/Shield brute. I think I might, but I can't recall (and don't have the Mids build handy).

I slotted the Entropic Chaos: Chance to Heal Self on my Fire Blaster in Flares. I figure I spam that power so much (and the power doesn't need much in the way of end or recharge) that it provides a nice little boost.

Suggestions:
Super Packs Done Right
Influence Sink: IO Level Mod/Recrafting
Random Merit Rolls: Scale cost by Toon Level

I knew I was forgetting something. The Force Feedback proc is very nice - footstomp, etc. My PB gets some mileage from it, and it also works nicely in the DP/ AOE.

I like the Entropic Chaos chance to heal also. I have it slotted in each of my dom's ranged attacks and it fires enough that I appreciate it in any extended fight.

City of Heroes was my first MMO, & my favorite computer game.

Good to know.

I was leading my chain off with Whirling Axe then dropping Pendulum at the end, and it was boosting my recharge enough that I had to worry about end for the first time since he picked up Stamina, but I'll check the times and make sure I'm not stepping on my own toes.

In other news, I was sure they were going to nerf that farm with today's patch, but it was still working this AM. Guess the spiderbots distracted 'em!

The Contagious Confusion Proc turns single target confuse powers like Illusion's Deceive and Mind's Confuse into periodic AoE confuse powers -- making them much better to use for every battle. It is really fun to try to stack Confuse or Deceive on an AV, and hit all his minions around him with the proc so that they start attacking him (or her).

But even better -- put it in Ice's Arctic Air. It seems to almost double the effectiveness of Arctic Air, since the duration of the proc's confuse is longer than the power's confuse. Sadly, the AoE of World of Confusion is just too small.

I'm really looking forward to trying it in Electric's Synaptic Overload.

Actually the suppression seems to have been removed. I did some testing with it a few nights ago and was able to chain the recharge boosts together. You can't double stack it but it doesn't seem to suppress anymore. I'd link to the wiki as proof but since I put the edit noting that it no longer applied in the wiki that would be kinda pointless .

I love devastaion: chance for hold in acid mortar.

Back in the day, traps was great for procs:

Caltrops took the posi and impeded swiftness;
Acid Mortar takes the -res, chance for neg, chance for hold, chance for lethal, the purple chance for neg;
Poison trap was great for the two chance for psi, chance for +2mag;
Seeker drones take chance for hold, chance for immob, chance for to hit debuff, chance for neg, chance for rech slow, chance for recov debuff

/gignore @username is the best feature of this game. It's also probably the least used feature.

I call my Freezing Rain/Ice Storm powers my "Procalicious" powers.

Ragnarok, Posis blast, Lady Grey, Impeded Swiftness, Achillies heel and an acc. it's awesome!

I advocate Dev in blaster attacks, in no small part because Dev has fantastic set bonuses for blasters. But Decimation is really good for people who only have one ranged attack that recharges fast, and wants to be spammed. I believe both Claws and Kinetic Melee fit this bill.

Entropic Chaos: Chance to Heal. Good for T1/T2 blaster powers?

My favorite proc of ALL TIME.

I have a couple of toons where I put one into every single attack that I could -- it's fun to see the holds pop up all the time.

Not really. I have a few characters who have 5 of the bastards slotted - like my fire/fire dom - who are packing it for the -rech that the set gets at 6. Those characters barely notice the healing it provides, even when firing off a power that has a chance to proc it every second or two.

If you're building a blaster for huge recharge, and say, s/l defence (so self-heals are stacking on top of other defences, and firing off often), it's good, but you need to saturate it.

Claws also gets the best benefit from the Gaussian "Chance for Build-up" in Follow-up since FU gets spammed so much (especially compared to other +ToHit/Damage powers).

Only drawback I see with Decimation in Kinetic Melees Focused Blast is that it has nearly twice the animation time as Claws Focus, so is less fluid to fit into an attack chain. Focus in Claws is so quick and does such nice damage that it's basically a ranged attack you use regardless of range.

Villain meleers might be better off sticking it into the Patron single target blasts instead, especially if they are using Mu or Soul.

For a Fort Dominate seems an excellent place to put both the Decimation and either Devastation or Lockdown in (or maybe stick Lockdown in Dominate and stick the Dev proc into either Subdue, TK Blast or Gloom). I'm going PROC shopping later methinks (or get one of my Hero types to spend some A-Merits and Gleemail the proceeds).
Psi Tornado is an excellent place for the Forced Feedback PROC as well.

Devastation would also seem to be an excellent option for Jolting Chains.
