I mean why would they mention the origins if they weren't tied to origins.
Then again I can see why some would not want it like that, and would be fine if they WEREN'T tied to origin.

They had better not be tied to an origin as per usage. That's just bad juju. I mean, that would be really really bad.I assumed it's just the theme of the pack. Even if it's Natural and not Nature... but i'll take it.

edit - I figured we'd be buying that leaf aura. I saw it on the Praetorian Halloween Costume Salvage NPC and figured it'd be ours eventually! I'm guessing the Firefly and Snow aura was from here but not sure from where in the pack they would have been. I guess Nature..? Maybe they were from a Seasonal or Holiday pack.
Still looking for Halloween pack, dammit! :P

Couple of us on EU servers noticed the halloween contact in praetoria has that aura on the live servers atm and was hoping we'ld get it 
I'll be buying it soon as its available!

As has been pointed out by others, we've already had 5 boosters specifically geared toward each Origin, but none of them were limited to only being used by their specified Origin. Any and all could use those parts.
I fully believe this will be the case for this pack as well.

I'm not much for capes, seeing as we can't equip them with wings and most of my crew are winged bird-things, but there are a couple of very nice auras in there.... 'Love the Atomic and the Runes. The Sparks and Steam Jets are adorable, too. I know a few 'bot-toon players who'll really love those.

Dammit. I heard what was in it - cloaks and auras, so what! I want real costume addition! - and figured I was not picking that up, the same way I shunned the Party Pack.
Then I watched the video...
And saw the leaf cloak and aura for my fauns and dryads...
The rune aura for my mage...
The sparking joints aura for my Clockwork...
The thunderhead aura for my Stormie...
DAMMIT! MUST HAVE!
I see no reason to believe these devs would make the options limited to a character's origin.
I don't believe that will be the case at all.
There is an imaginary negative forum-goer inside of my head (damn you) that is prodding my brain, wondering...
The two new emotes that were leaked and then revealed as I19 content...
- Did they really intend to give those out for Issue 19?
- Did they have two extras (Or make two more to get the 2 for each origin) and adjusted things to provide the snow and fireflies auras for free?
- Or are there more auras laying around, maybe held off for future releases, since they gave away two that may have been for the booster?

Meh, I don't care for capes as it is, and there's maybe one or two auras I would use in there. Not to mention that I still don't have anything for non-ninja non-powered Natural Origin characters...

Which I'd be on the fence about calling it, but I do have to say the fireflies and snow auras give a free issues something to look forward to and there's still enough left for the paid booster to be worth paying for, judging by feedback.
I might get this one since I'll have more spending money in the near future.
Still hate the visit Winscott mission- make it dropable, have it give actual exp or remove it altogether. PS- Down knows who you are.
