Fitness will be inherent - what powers you picking!?
My FF/nrg is gonna end up with conserve power, assault, and maybe tactics - not sure, end use will be a big concern. None of those need extensive slotting, though, which is definitely the real issue.

This is what it means to be a tank!
My Empathy Electric will pick up Rez, Vengeance ( I already have Tactics, Maneuvers and Assault) and for my final pick, I am thinking of respecing back to the Electric Mastery pool and taking 3 powers there instead of the 2 I currently use in power mastery.
So Electric Fence, Charged Armor and Powersink instead of PBU and TI
Solo Build is gonna need alot of thought because I use Fighting pool instead of Leadership there, but cannot really afford to pick up more toggles without seriously looking at slotting changes. Perhaps, I will pick up Maneuvers and Kick as set mules, and try and find one more easy power that I skipped.
No matter what, my Mid's program will be getting a serious workout over the next few months.
BIOSPARK :: DARKTHORN :: SKYGUARD :: WILDMAGE
HEATSINK :: FASTHAND :: POWERCELL :: RUNESTAFF
My Emp/Energy doesn't have any Fitness powers so it will be a big boon for her! I will pick up the teleport pool for sure.
For my Rad/Rad def it is gonna be tough. I think I will pick some powers that do well with single slots - TP Friend, maybe a couple of Concealment powers. Same for my Fire/Dark corruptor.

My characters will end up with selections from their primary and secondary powers in most cases. For my Defender it means taking a couple of powers I respec'd out of a while ago because some pool powers were better for the build. Now I'll have the opportunity to bring them back into the build.
The biggest change I'm going to see is the picked order (at which levels) I select the powers. Between levels 12 through 28 the order changes substantially because I no longer have to delay picks because I took 3 powers from Fitness.

For my Defenders, my Rad/Sonic/Dark will likely go for Leadership with Assault, Tactics, and Vengeance. Vengeance + Soul Drain + Aim + Fallout will be amazing. My FF/AR will likely pick up some primary and secondary, not sure which yet. My Dark/Rad will pick up some things, not entirely sure what aside from Proton Volley. Can't resist an attack that goes "Pew pew pew pew!" My Kin/Ice will be unaffected, as it's extreme lowbie and I'm skipping Fitness on it anyway.
I'm finally respeccing out of Vigilance, since Stamina as inherent largely replaces it.

My Dark/Ice will be picking up an extra attack (Ice Blast), Aim and Ive decided to chuck in Black Hole (without any slots) for kicks! I don't plan on using it except as a "You know the red button you're not meant to press? Its time to press it!" Slightly unrelated I am going to take the Soul Mastery PPP instead of the Psychic Mastery APP.
My Traps/Sonic will be picking up Amplify along with more of the Leadership pool. I am also going to go the Mace Mastery PPP.
My Rad/Dark will be picking up Recall Friend, Hover and Combat Jumping as mainly he is already very slot starved and it allows me to get a couple more LotG.
My Storm/Dark will be picking up the Stealth Pool because I really want Phase Shift on this character for concept reasons but didn't have room for it originally.
My Dark/Rad will be picking up the Leadership Pool
My Kin/Arch has Fitness (unslotted) currently because he already has all the Leadership powers and it would help me manage my endurance slightly if Transference missed. So taking it out allows me to fit in an extra attack, Inertial Reduction and Combat Jumping.
My Traps/DP will be picking up an extra attack or two along with Stealth (for concept reasons).
my dark/stone brute will prolly stay unchanged as i am content with his current build (if i did change him i would pick up a few LOTG mules for some extra rech)
my earth/fire/fire dom will definitly respec to get some LOTG mules then ill be able to hit 140% rech with no hasten
as for other toons ill have to look through and see if it would be a major improvment or if i want to bother, cause i absolutely hate how after a respec it throws your power bars in disarray and the current respec system is a little...clunky to put it nicely

Good idea is do a screenshot of yoru character pre-respec w/ GUI on, and use that visual to help you place back your powers quickly
lol, i end up spending a 1/2hour resetting the fracking powerbars. Dont ya think there should be a client-side note made for your power bars? I believe there are client-side notepads done to save your options, including some affecting your GUI, costumes, and your character lineup in server.

if they get around to tweaking the respec system then i may go through and respec more toons
Hi Phire, You have motivated me to make an Ice/Ice/Dark Defender, can you post your new build with the changes you made for Issue 19? Thanks again.
I think the most common powers I will add are:
Concealment, mostly as a mule for LotGs, but extra stealth is always handy.
Teleportation, mainly because it's very handy and doesn't take a lot of slots to be so.
Godmodes, I rarely take them, but I always consider it.
Fighting, this is tricky because of the slots that are needed to make it really functional, but I think many of my toons can make this work.
Never argue with stupid people. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

im assuming your dualboxing? Well, its a decent plan for a regular character i guess too
so, fitness pool was wholly omitted in this plan, including 1 slot to go to Health
Hurdle gets a 1 Jump IO
Health gets 2 slots - the NumCon:+reg/+rec & Miracle:+rec
Stamina gets 1 EndMod IO

"Rare is the man so noble that he will always give thanks for that which is freely given." -Jock_Tamson
For my Traps/AR I've contemplated taking the Fighting Pool and fully softcapping him but I tend to build for team play more than solo so being softcapped is not essential (I'm currently running about 42.5/35/35 which means a small purple softcaps me when I really need it).
Given that I'll probably end up taking Assault, Stealth and Recall Friend. Assault is the only Leadership power I currently lack so it's a pretty obvious choice. Stealth is somewhere to stick a 5th LotG +7.5%, plus it should softcap me to range if I can afford to run it (I think I'll be ok adding Assault and Stealth but will need to experiment) plus of course stealth is always useful. Recall Friend is more a case of "ok, I have one power choice and no slots, what can I use?" It's a decent enough power but if I had the slots to spare I'd probably look at taking a single target mez (either Beanbag or Shocking Bolt) or possibly M30 Grenade (it's not a great power but an extra AoE can be handy.
My most active Defender is Sonic/Energy/Electric.
I could pick up Sonic Cage for experimentation and the odd tricky boss, Vengeance just because its always useful, and... maybe Combat Jumping? They all work with no extra slotting.
Clarity runs fourth, but its quite redundnant with Sonic Dispersion.
I've got quite a bit of defence already, so CJ's an extra 3% all round with a Defence IO slotted. I could drop LotG's in CJ and Vengeance, but the only recharge intensive power I have is Liquefy.
reworked the build to max tank ability and instead just going into the Fighting pool to squeeze in another 7.5% lotg (makes it 5) and move some of the resist uniques into Tough from Dark Embrace to throw in a couple Resist IO's to increase my neg energy/smash/lethal resists, and get in status resist IOs (others in other shield buffs & Weave). 4 of them plus unique's gonna cap out 50% stat resist, plus 12pts of KB/KD
My Rad/FF Defender is going to pick up... well... Stamina.
I'm sure I'll be able to free up some slots not working around a Staminaless build. For one thing, my team build can be more solo oriented since I won't have to rely on Vigilance for it.
My Defenders with Stamina are still pretty low level yet. I think it will be other ATs that I will be spending time on respec'ing. Although I have a couple of Corruptors that will get some rework.
My TA/A will be picking up Hasten/SS/(Invisibility, for lotg) as I really only pvp. Having glue arrow up every 19 secs/poison every 18 secs, and disruption every 21 secs. Not to mention some other things. =) Good stuff.
To be picky, we get three more slots -- the freebie slot in each power.
On some characters, I'll be taking fitness powers -- as in, I don't have them now, so it doesn't open anything up.
My dark/dark defender, I'm not sure yet -- I was thinking of sticking with utility powers like TP foe, but there's some temptation to look at medicine (for out-of-combat heals or rez), or at leadership, which I think she's a bit light on.
My traps/sonic hasn't taken fitness yet, and probably won't unless things change a lot at higher levels -- as long as I'm grouped, I have no problems.
Highly considering going for Tough to stack with my Temp Invulnerability. I see you there Mr. ITF taskforce, what? squishy? Me? lol.
Whining about everything since 2006.
Ammo switching for Dual Pistols was my idea:
http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=135484
Wow, this will cause a retweaking of ALOT of toonz for everyone lol....
might not affect many MM's though
those who sell respec recipe's just MIGHT want to hold them till a day after i19!
The problem with basically gaining 3 more power choices is that there's still gonna be the same amount of power slots! So its a double-edged sword for those who got their build set in stone!
for my cold/ice/dark defenders, new pickups will be -
1. Tactics, shave off SnowStorm's (IS: Chance damage & End IO) End IO slot to double up End for Tactics. Tactics will be constantly running, unlike SS
2. Infrigidate - shave a slot off of 3slotted Health(filled w/ uniques), and bump the +Regen into Frostwork, 1slotted. Use slot to 2slot Infrigidate w/ 2 ACC IOs
3. Resuscitate - great to be a rezzing Cold Defender. Adds another dimension to the support role. Easy as 1-slotted recharge
