Salvage levels continue to decline for mid-level salvage. Rares especially. I'm getting them for my preferred price, but not right away. Sometimes not even after a little bit. There's a lot of 30-60 for sale, 100-200 bidding slots in the rares.
I'm having a lot of fun with this! I'm looking at some of these enhancements and I'm thinking to myself, "Man, I would NEVER pay that for that enhancement OR the recipe! Why did I lock myself into these levels!!

I think youre gonna come in at about 600 mil, lets say 625 mil. If you were willing to take low level Bas. Gaze, you could peel a 100-200 mil off I think.

Eh. I still haven't been able to get in game to check out the Market on your IO picks, so I'll just toss in an arbitrary amount = 1,234,567,890 Inf.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Based on cheapness, I'd peg this as a real lowball. If you're willing to be patient, I'm picking you could score most of this for sixty to eighty. Throw in a bit of wiggle room, I'm going to say something like 189m.
(And note that that's just because you have some really robust pieces in there - stuff like Decimations and a lotg.)

ill go 465,789,567 (or there abouts) Basilisks, even with low ball bids aren't too cheap, nor are they common.
250 million is my pure guess.
Based on nothing other than there's a bit of a gap on guesses down there.
Assuming you will malfactor as low as 25 for the Silver Mantis SF, then your highest IOs should be a maximum of level 28 in order for them to be activated while malfactored. There are 4 Villain SFs at level 33 and below, so IOs 34 and higher won't be useful.
The most expensive item on there is LOTG 7.5, which averages around 100 mil. Since you have 5 of them, the minimum guess is at least 500 mil.
However, I will put faith in your cheap-fu, and guess that you can get them at 80 mil each.
EDIT: My 2nd build is a lowbie build for SFs, and while building it, I also noticed that there's much less IOs at lvls 20-30. I chalk it up to low supply since lvl 50 IOs have the most profit, so not a lot of people are locking their toons at low levels. Most people are in the hurry to get to 50.

Things I am being forced into by my own rules (DARN ME!):
If I want an enhancement, I will often bid across a LARGE range. I bid on enhancements and recipes up to 4 levels higher than I can currently use. This toon is level locked - so that doesn't work. I also limited myself to +/-3 levels from indicated to make it more fair.
If I want an enhancement (or recipe) I will often bid across a range before bed. Bidding on 6 or 7 enhancements and 7 or 8 recipes. This allows me the best shot at getting something while I'm asleep. If I get more than I wanted, I sell them for more than I paid for them. Because of my limitation (self-imposed) of not purchasing anything more than I absolutely HAD to, I can't do this. This makes me sad lol.
I will often make minor changes on the fly to my builds depending on prices. If I see that the Basilisk's quad is selling for 100mil, but the triple is selling for 20 - I'll probably settle for the triple. I try to avoid 6-slotting any set (when I can) for just that reason. Since I am locked into this build, I'm eating some costs I wish I wasn't.
Procs: Procs are (nearly) identical from the lowest level to the highest level. When they are being muled (such as a LotG 7.5) level is irrelevant. I feel I could do much better if I had allowed myself room on the proc front.
Deadline: I never have a deadline for a character. I have never had to have one. I can usually build what I want in a day or 2. Changing my build on the fly helps a LOT with this. I'm starting to feel the crunch on this build. Monday is only a few days away!
I built something I REALLY want to go play. This stink. I can't even go smash lowbies - it will skew the numbers. This is making me impatient. In fact, I have to force myself to stop increasing my bids on an item when I realized I was well over the point I would ever pay for it. Patience is key with the market. My shiny new Dom is making me lose mine
