Oooh, I hadn't heard about this - is it some kind of expansion pack?

Uhm... The store is down and cant make new characters to play the new content!
What's that? I can't hear you from all the way in Praetoria!

Hey, Ocho (or any other dev type) --
Character transfers have been unavailable since the maintenance period ended yesterday afternoon around 3pm-ish central time, and the store has been down for over 12 hours. There has been no official word on what's going on or any sort of ETA or anything at all.
Can you please get some information for us? Launch day implosions are generally catastrophic, but no communication from the company in 21 hours on the issue compounds the problem exponentially.

If the game is fully released, then I do have a question...
The Ability to make any Aura a Combat Aura - Where is this? I see no option for it, and it was in before and promised before.
New Dances - Not there.
Several OTHER things - Not released yet, that were promised, or were in the beta. Why are these things not in the game now?
Any response from anyone on when the stores will be back up?

A new character does not start out with them, you have to have unlocked auras (Level 30+) and they are all listed under the original aura options. So, the Combat Auras for Fire (As an example) are all under the Fire Aura options.

Signed I can't wait till I can get in. My slots are being held hostage as well. Was told in an e-mail linked to store. Seems odd seeing how they are vet rewards most come from same purchasable items of same name sigh.
Its not the waiting its the ok I'm making kinetic tank no I really want whip but who wants to play with a petless mm, not much of a demon spawner...dual pistols are sweet but I'm already tired of seeing those and the masses are just now getting em, there's claws a heavier sigh. Come on already make some head way or give me a time so that I might be able to go relax until fix is fixed.
With the free server transfers this week, you could make a new avatar on another server, and then transfer it over to your favorite server once this problem is fixed.
