Annoyance #1: I am unable to disable the new pop-up help menu system across all of my alts at the same time, I have to log in each one and manually adjust the setting. Saving my options to file didn't work (I can load that file and have it work, but that's no easier than just changing the setting myself).

Also, even though I pre-ordered and supposedly have GR available to me, I don't see my 2 free character slots available? Shouldn't I have one of those "claim slots" dealies?
