I got a full refund for the points I bought on the 24th, but still lost about a dollar or so, due to exchange rate changes from that point. No sign of the refund for my gametime yet, though.

Here's a question:
As I am Canadian and the refund is presumably in USD, how is the exchange rate being calculated? There's about a 3.5 cent difference between what it was at the end of August, and what it is now, meaning that I am actually losing some money with this refund. -
