Nope... and just signed into another toon, and, while she didn't go up a level, the XP counter ticked up a few notches
Have you not logged onto them since 2xp weekend? Sometimes there is a lag with the xp distribution over those, and you can log in to get some xp out of no where (because it was awarded to your character after you logged off).
