With regard to the APP/EPP list... I wish I had one. I haven't been following it and there is no one place that lists it all and there are still changes being made. I'll try to get someone who's been following it closer to put a list together.

A bit disappointing that the EATs didn't get any proliferation. I was hoping to get Body Mastery for my Widow. Still good that the rest of the ATs get more options, though.

Traps (All) - Corrected an error with the animations for Triage Beacon, Poison Trap and Acid Mortar. The result of this is the reported animation time has been increased from 2.17 seconds to 2.77 seconds. The *actual* animation time has been reduced from 2.83 seconds to 2.77 seconds.
I have a question on the wording of this paragraph, or more specifically the statement "The result of this the reported animation time has been increased from 2.17 to 2.77 seconds."
Can someone explain this a bit further to me? I have a Traps character that will be affected by whatever this is. Are animation times going down, or up? Did they get rid of the extra animation time when planting one of these three things?
Before: Traps animation was 2.83 seconds. When you looked up the info on it, it said, incorrectly, 2.17 seconds.
Now: The animation time has been reduced to 2.77 seconds. When you look up the info on it, it says correctly, 2.77 seconds.

i dont know if i can post a few questions in this thread.
1) i want to make my mm a hero. will what i fight say arachnos will that get a hero tip mission or if i can fight a longbow will that cause me to stay a villian?
2) how offen do tip missions drop? will they be rare drops or uncommon drops?
3) if i make a nutral character mm how can i start in pretoria?

2) Tips drop as often as enhancements, they're common. There will be no problem getting Tips.
3) On the character creation screen, you'll get to chose from Hero, Villain, or Praetorian. Chose Praetorian and then make a MM. That MM, from level 1-20 can join the Resistance or Loyalist parties or keep switching back and forth between them. At level 20, you chose whether to go to Paragon and be a Hero or the Rogue Isles and be a Villain regardless of your current Praetorian party affiliation.
In summary, if you want a Hero MM you either make a Villain MM in the Rogue Isles and when you turn 20, use the Alignment System to go Rogue then become a Hero. OR, You create a Level 1 MM Praetorian and when you get to level 20, go the Paragon City.

After work today, I made a new, temporary icon for the waypoints used in the various outdoor missions in Nova Praetoria. I say temporary, because I'm sure that an upcoming patch will have a better Official™ icon.
Here's a screenshot of the icon in action during Praetor White's Gather Roses mission:

Anyway, just download the file PObjective.rar, and extract it. When it asks where to extract it to, point it to your CohBeta folder (generally C:\Program Files\CohBeta\ for 32-bit Windows, or C:\Program Files (x86)\CohBeta\ for 64-bit Windows)*. It should go into the correct forlder.
If you want to double check to make sure, it should be located in the \data\texture_library\GUI\HUD\Map\ directory.

- Back v. Middle Glowies Objectives Fixed: On many maps the designation of 'Back' v. 'Middle' were reversed. Well, the reversal was reversed and the designations are now correct. This means established arcs may have to be 'fixed' to allow for this fix.

I'd like to see some clarification on which features are part of I18 and what is in GR specifically. If GR only has side switching and the new powersets I might put off buying it. IIRC those who do not buy GR will still be able to do tip missions but won't be able to switch alignments. Will they be able to earn hero & villain merits?
