THE DAUNTLESS REVERIE SG

Theme/Concept: The Dauntless Reverie has no formal agenda, no single purpose, no set goals. Ours is a fellowship of individuals touched by magic who seek in their own ways to help others. They are multitudes: creatures of legend, descendants of the divine, beings blessed and cursed, visitors from fantastic worlds, tormented hellspawn, and students of the arcane. But they are all Dauntless: mystic heroes thrust into an urban setting.

The one thing we do seek IC in potential members is "the Will to be Dauntless," the character’s true desire to become a part of this fellowship. This point will be addressed in the IC interview.

The Dauntless Reverie opens for new memberships four times a year, in keeping with the seasons -- Spring (April), Summer(July), Autumn (October), Winter (January). To apply for membership, first register with the Dauntless Reverie website, and after the registration has cleared, log in and go to: Forum –> Introduce Yourself –> COH Applications – Interview Questions (2nd post in the thread). Then click on “Quote”, fill out the form and submit.

RP Level: RP-intensive in teaming, in Coalition and SG channels; chatty, funny and sometimes raunchy OOC in SG Global; and constantly active on our own website forums.

PvP Level: Extremely casual and individually driven.

Activity: Our prime time is predominantly U.S. (EST through PST) evenings and weekends, and we have a weekly SG night (Mondays).

Requirements for Membership: Need to be a good writer (this is more about the strength of your stories than the incidence of your typos!) and mesh socially with the group.

Other Details: The World Guard is the “newest, old super group” in Paragon, having a history dating back to the 1920s. The group’s history is set within the various ages of comic books (beginning with “pulp heroes,” Golden Age, Silver Age, Bronze Age and Modern Age), and has a fictional publication history of the fictional comic book The World Guard to match the ages.
The modern World Guard is set in the modern day but embraces the “classic” values of the Golden Age while rejecting the nihilistic values of the Modern Age.
All members have access to the base, which includes telepads to all zones, super collider, personal vault and Inspiration Collector and access to the private Global Chat Channel “World Guard.”
Earning 25,000 Prestige grants the character access to the Storage Racks.
All characters who earn 100,000 Prestige are “IO’d” with level 35 IOs (no sets, procs or globals) for free once.

DETAILS: The Legion is one of the most easily recognized Super Groups on Virtue. Our core membership has played together for over two years but we are very welcoming to new members. The Legion believes in being a good partner in the community of heroes and we always have an interest in giving back to the player base. RP Level: RP friendly/light. I have a bad habbit of lasping in and out of character depending on situation or mood, but I love having fun with players that do rp and have a good backstory.

PvP Level: Despise all things PvP, if i go in the zone it's only to try and get a quick temp power.

*Theme/Concept: The concept is more an OOC one then an in game, basically it's a desire to gather like minded fans of the blaster archetype. And delve into the mysteries of inner blasterdom to get the most out of the archetype. Part of my reason for starting the SG is also that downright moronic why a blaster thread from a couple months back, and a desire to show just what a good blaster can do. Above all else though I've hit a point in coh where i've gotten really casual about leveling having seen it all, so I want to try and recruit a crop of newer players, and lend a hand to them the best I can.

*Activity: SG was formed last week, so members are basically just me, my alt stable, and 2 other unique players. Once I get it going though I plan to be big on teaming to help out members, and TF running. If anyone's gotten tells from a blaster named Reanna asking about all blaster TF's, hehe that's me.

Also as a warning, I H.A.T.E Farming, AE babies, and speed TF cheesyness like letting the heroes die in the LGTF. If that's your thing please look elsewhere. If I form a team it's going to be killing everything in it's way 90% of the time. Though in terms of TF's I'm not above stealthing to bosses. But If I am trying to help people level and learn a toon I'd just as soon kill my way there.

Requirements for Membership: Have a blaster, be more interested in how you get to 50 over when you get to 50, don't be a jerk (though I don't mind the odd bit of profanity) Be more interested in a learning through doing style of things rather then staring at MIDS all day. As I have a habit of treating blasters like an art form more then a math exam, hero math and number crunching bores me to tears.

Coalition(s): Not an in game one but I've got ties with the legion of freedom as some of my alts are in it. Also recruiting non blaster fans on the side for them.

Other Details: Have a very basic base setup, the main thing is two porters to off the map zones such as Crey's Folly and Astoria, the other set up to go between PI and AP. After all the new monorail system kind of makes porters a bit obsolete. Other then that just asking members to run in SG mode (though no need for SG colors) just to get the prestige to get a fully functional base designed. Working on a uniform at some point too, but that needs tailor time and member input when I recruit more.

While I'm looking to help newbies and casual players that doesn't mean I'm above high end TF's/Hami/Mothership or allowing in vets. Basically if it's a team, a TF, or just tip runs I've got a blaster willing to help. Soloing these days has rather lost it's appeal.

Greetings, I am Lord Doxaan, the Grand Master of The Paragon Templars on the Virtue Server. Currently Recruiting: Currently recruiting new members as well as searching for like minded SGs for coalitions.

RP Level: Roleplaying is encouraged, but not mandatory. The only caveat is that all in-character grudges are left in character. Out of character, everyone is expected to get along.

Theme/Concept: The Vanglorian Federation is an elite combat unit of supers and highly trained individuals who perform (strictly 'good guy') mercenary work and also work for free if the greater good is at risk.

We don't have a 'prime time' that I'm aware of, but I tend to play either after 6pm or between 10am and 2pm, primarily. (All times in Eastern Standard)

Requirements for Membership: Members must be polite and respectful of each other (when out of character, at least) as well as being respectful of non-SG players.
There are no level requirements to join.
While not mandatory, members should log in at least once or week or they may run the risk of being removed from the group. That doesn't mean they will be removed, it simply means they might.

Name: The Temple of the Wilted Lotus (SG)

Currently Recruiting: We are currently recruiting new members.

RP Level: We are a Heavy RPSG but we don’t require people to RP all the time. PUGs are often OOC, but all SG/VG events are IC like Temple RP Thursday and RPAE Nights. Supergroup and coalition channels are considered IC, as is the TempleComms global channel which enables characters redside and blueside to communicate.

PvP Level: We are not PVP intensive at all, but we welcome PVPers. Some members PVP occasionally.

Theme/Concept: The Temple is a place for people to crash if they have nowhere else to go. Anyone is welcome although Characters who are image conscious or who care about “the scene” may not feel like they fit in. The Temple is not “a social club for loners” but a haven for people who have nowhere they belong.

Currently both the Temple and House Dracul are reacting to and preparing for war with the Praetorians. Praetorians who want to stop Cole’s invasion (for whatever reason) are very welcome to join.

Activity: Currently we have three players active within the SG that have several alts. Another five are on hiatus or spend most of their time with other SGs. We are looking to get active again. Active members are either in the Mountain or Eastern Time Zones.

Requirements for Membership: There are no requirements for membership. We are more than happy to help you level. Coalition(s): Heroside, we are coalitioned with two top 100 SGs, S.C.O.R.P.I.O. and Light of Paragon, as well as with Crimson Academy. If it turns out that you fit in better with one of those SGs, we’d be happy to be a gateway to that.

Other Details: We don’t require that you bring SG or VG members for events. Bring your favorite character from any SG or VG. In fact, the Temple is played as being open to the public, so feel free to RP with us at any time. We run missions and TFs/SFs almost daily.

To help people understand the mood of the SG I’ve made an AE arc. For the Temple of the Wilted Lotus there is “Stalemate No More”, arc #446534. You will want 8 heroes for this arc. It’s for characters level 1-20, mostly Hellions and great as an alternative to the sewers. It’s intended to introduce heroes to the Temple of the Wilted Lotus.

PvP Level: Casual, hard-core, arena, zone, etc..

The Primal Praetorians is a supergroup geared towards Praetorian characters. In order to discourage hostility between Praetorians and Primals, we also allow non-Praetorians to join. Non-Praetorians who join are granted an "Honorary Praetorian" title (not officially, just RP-wise :/).

Currently, we have 3+ members. The group is growing everyday. All activity levels are welcome. We just ask that be active. We will hold regular RP events and group events once the guilds kicks off.

Any level is allowed. The only major requirement is that you enjoy RP, both light and heavy. We also prefer Praetorians, but Primals are also allowed.

The leaders are Rentaro, Bully Controller and Agent E7

We don't have any ally supergroups at the moment, but if you're interested, contact one of the leaders.

Up to level 30, we require SG mode to be on. However, after that, you can choose. Level 50's are encourages to remain in SG Mode since money comes more easily.
