What Quality of Life things would you like to see?
More shiny metal costume parts. Older costume parts that are metal made shinier. And also... oooh a shiny thing...
The character-background window is absolutely maddening to use. 1024 characters is really short, and it can't count properly anyway. It doesn't scroll down automatically. The cursor sometimes has a mind of its own. Editing what you've already written is a nightmare. It's just junk, top to bottom.
I certainly wouldn't mind the option of writing long character backgrounds, but to be fair, the only character on which I've hit the limit or really wanted to say more was Meri Sioux, and well, I don't know that anyone ELSE wants her bio to be complete.
Remove travel suppresion.
Switch energy transfer back.
another vote for a "Looking for members" flag. Maybe even fine tune it to "Looking for Support" or "Looking for Damage"
My personal Grail:
A GUI for keybinds. A visual map of your keyboard, highlighting functions mapped to each key, that would also allow you to edit and change emotes and flavor text.
Stay Gold, Paragon. Stay Gold.
Nolite te bastardes carborundorum.
I just read on massively.com that the company involved with APB (a MMO that just launched like a month ago) is in serious financial trouble and has had to fire a bunch of support staff just to try to keep the game going. It's bad enough that they might have to sell the rights to APB itself.
Now the reason I mention it here is that just about the only thing that interested me in that game was its costume creator. The customization features it offers are absolutely amazing and I've been thinking for a long time that it would be awesome if this game could "absorb" them. Well ironically enough it seems like there could be a serious chance for NCsoft to purchase the rights to the code associated with it.
Having this game's costume creator provide the kind features APB offers would be like a dream come true.

The ability to run up walls with superspeed.
What? I know they said it probably won't be happening, but the coolest thing about superspeed, imo, is the ability to run on water and run up walls. It's pretty much the power's trademark. Standard code rant applies, but hey, anything worth having is seldom easily attained.
- Im Not Talking Fast, You're Just Listening Slow.
- To Each His Own
A target-of-target window so I know who the mob I'm looking at is targeting.
Debuff symbols on the mob's health bar.
Snap-back camera movement (when I move, unless I'm still holding down that mouse button, I want the camera BEHIND me. I don't want to run off in a random direction!)
The ability to skin the UI - not full add-ons, but just the ability to change the art of the UI to make it sleeker or change the design.
Option in the target window to show the current Range to target.
Not sure if it's been mentioned already but...
Mark kill-alls in mission objectives.
I stand corrected. We defeat the living tar out of bad guys and just because I perforate them with dozens if not hundred of high-caliber bullets doesn't mean that they're at any point in any kind of life-threatening danger.
Optimization passes. Lots of them. Praetoria, Rogue Isles, Paragon, base engine. Slapping on bells and whistles bogs down systems even when they don't use them.
Additional character slots.

Too many blasted alts to list, but all on Virtue.
