i hope the stalker AS animation is unique. im thinking something like kamehameha from dragon ball.
oh btw, what will the AS be called(strike, blow, etc..)? do we know yet?
I doubt it. There is no power to confuse it with, combined with the rename, it probably doesn't act functionally the same.

i am probably wrong, but maybe it makes all of KM's other powers act like siphon power, which would be cool as well.

My prediction is that this set'll go over as well as DP...popular at first, flashy looking, but ultimately at the bottom of the barrel for effectiveness.
Still, if electric control is good, they'll be 50/50 on power sets for the expansion.
This is going to be my first GR character.

So far most of the videos have been crap for anything other than "Yes these sets DO exist." I personally want abit more of the sets shown in action.

This update is pretty good in my opinion, except that it lacks a basic description of the powers. Don't want or need any numbers, but a basic idea of what they do would be nice. Maybe something like: Air Jab - a short ranged "punch" of wind to the abdomin that may causes a minor stun while the enemy tries to catch his breath.
Still though, I haven't been able to even find a page like this on the main site for the rest of the power sets, so I'll take what I can get.

even without the single target indicator, given that the name is "kinetic" melee, i would guess that power siphon functionally acts the same as siphon power, but maybe a larger +dam buff and shorter duration. maybe even a +tohit too. if it is functionally similiar, it would probably also include a -dam debuff too.
