American Server with Least Amount of PvP
any of them but freedom or virtue.
I dunno, which part of the deep sea has the least aardvarks?
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
What American server has the least amount of PvP, comparatively?

If you're trying to get Shivans and nukes without being attacked, try Triumph or Protector.
You'll still be attacked once in a while, at which point you can A) Fight back, B) Leave the zone and come back later, or C) Get killed repeatedly while whining that your attacker has no right to attack you in a PvP zone. (If you petition them, the GMs will get a good laugh out of it and do nothing, unless your attacker is violating one of the extremely few rules regarding PvP behavior)
Based on personal experience and what I've seen in forum posts, option C seems to be popular. I don't recommend it though. Options A and B are much better choices.

I smell a PvP IO farm...
We don' need no stinkin' signatures!

We take pride in convincing ourselves that anyone maladjusted enough to enjoy PvP must be a blight to society as a whole.
Mini-guides: Force Field Defenders, Blasters, Market Self-Defense, Frankenslotting.
So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
The one second from the top has less.
But then how will you cultivate your wildly inaccurate opinions of carebears?

I was just poking fun at the people who scream that it isn't fair that they are being attacked by someone in a zone where attacking people is not only allowed, but encouraged.
I'm not a rabid, foaming at the mouth PvPer by any means. I just feel that complaining about being attacked in a PvP zone is akin to complaining that you got hit by a car while you were strolling down the middle lane of the highway at night. You knew what you were risking when you did it, but you did it anyway.
Hence why I said options A and B were the better choices of the 3 I presented. Neither will make you look like a jackhole, and you either have some fun PvPing, or you don't have to deal with it.

back during the free server transfers "most" PvP'ers moved to Freedom.
PvP events still "occur" on other servers, but they tend to be clique / group organized.
Pinnacle has seen a recent uptick in PvP activity lately so you probably want to stay away from there.
"You don't lose levels. You don't have equipment to wear out, repair, or lose, or that anyone can steal from you. About the only thing lighter than debt they could do is have an NPC walk by, point and laugh before you can go to the hospital or base." -Memphis_Bill
We will honor the past, and fight to the last, it will be a good way to die...
Well, on Guardian I haven't had any PvP interference in either Bloody Bay in the last year or so... admittedly I only venture into Bloody Bay for Shivans and rarely bother with Warburg nukes. I don't know if it's changed recently, but Pinnacle used to be much the same... my SG tends to alternate between Guardian & Pinnacle and we've been hanging around Guardian for the last several months.
As a general rule PvP is nearly nonexistent on most servers... the majority of the playerbase never had any interest in it and the changes in issue 13 drove away most of the minority who did PvP.
COH has just been murdered by NCSoft. http://www.change.org/petitions/ncso...city-of-heroes
...and made those of us who were casual PvPers disinterested.
Dec out.

Or maybe my schedule is just weird and I'm missing all the fun
Because PvP IS fun when the point of it is to have fun in the first place. When PvP starts to be about epeen waving and pwning nubs is when it loses it's fun.

It becomes less fun when you have to learn a completely new system that doesn't resemble in the least how it works elsewhere in the game, too. The differences were minor and easy to keep track of for the casual PvPers before. Now it's like I have to learn a new game. Plus, I liken PvP now to fighting in mud and hitting like a little girl. It's the anti-fun.
If I believed in conspiracy theories, I almost might believe they're tanking it on purpose.

I was thrilled when I discovered that a Mind Control user can no longer hold my scrapper indefinitely with Telekinesis.
I was less thrilled when I found out using a heal slows me down.
If you're at all interested and play on Pinnacle at all I'd be happy to run a couple arena matches with you so you can get a handle on what's different. It's really not that hard to figure out if you actually have time to mess around with stuff, which you will never be given in a zone.
(PS: I don't run multi-billion influence ubercharacters, so it won't be like attacking a Mack truck with a spaghetti noodle, I PvP with the same builds I run TFs with)

Oh, we have several "experts" on board in the LoV on Victory that I can hit up for that info if I need (toiletduck and xury can usually tell me all I need to know), but as a casual PvPer, it's just not worth it to me. Relearn a new game. Relearn how slotting works and how badly some powers got hit (APPs do more than my regular powers??? Wha...???). Casual players don't want to mess with all that stuff. I might, if the zones were really active (or even lightly active, like they used to be), but really I'm just not that into it enough to bother.

Was just extending the offer.

Well, thanks then.
But, to be honest, I could probably even get past all the "learning new stuff", if it didn't feel like I was fighting in gelatin. The new rules themselves are killing me, with weak hits, weak control, bad movement...I can even see the need for some of that stuff, but they went way way too far. Seriously, I don't want any AT to be "ubar", but to make controllers and defenders almost useless, even on the teams they say they balance around...it's just silly and off-putting.

I was less thrilled when I found out using an inspiration slows me down.

*wonders idly if I've fought either of you*
Names: Claws and Effect, Marshall Stack, Halfstack, Chris Dawnslayer, Return to Cinder.
There are a slew of others, but those 5 are the ones I PvP with most often. I'm leveling a dominator that I will use for PvP named Cranial Trauma (Mind/Energy)
The inspiration thing I forgot about, because I don't use them often, and I'm usually stationary when I do.
