I have a question. I have a lot of toons with Con something as the name and people who I play with alot have rolled toons with con names as well. Will it be considered a barcode team if we have a few of these on a team?

That would depend on how close they are. Like Conflict vs ConfIict (with 2 i's) would be hard to tell apart.
I don't think any of them are close enough where it would be a problem.
