What's your favorite bug that made it live?
Loading into a mission to find an unrelated team or player already there. It's sadly very rare, but I really enjoyed the one time it happened to my team. We ran in, and just as we were all asking "Where are the enemies?" we saw the other team. Lots of "O HAI DERE!", lols, and "The heck?" were sent out via Local. I decided that if it ever happened again, we'd all hold back and either one person would play hide-and-seek with the other team, or we'd start using Broadcast to make NPCish announcements.
It never went live, sadly, but I always wanted to give the bugged Acid Arrow a try. When TA first came to beta, I heard tell of a brief period in which AA stacked with itself, and would KEEP stacking. Supposedly you could fire it into a spawn and they'd start taking exponential damage. The quote I recall was "You struggled with the set until you got Acid Arrow, then you were a killing machine."
I hated the exploding Rikti myself. For some crazy reason, after a few explosions my game would simply crash. I've had sound-related bugs with this game over the years, heck I still have issues if I'm too near someone running Quills, so I'm almost positive it had something to do with that similarly looping boom.
Slotting the Chance To Stun proc in stamina, and randomly stunning yourself. Drunken blaster? Heck yea!
Back when Bane Spiders first came out, if you didn't change your costume when you first got the mace, it wouldn't appear at all. Due to the sweeping attack animations, it looked like you were punching things. ASSASSIN'S DONKEY PUNCH!
The Bacon Compels You.
I am sad I never got to experience the Death by Overly Friendly Hercules Titan bug.

my favorite bug was when RWZ first became a co-op zone.you could enter the othersides (red or blue) base from the base portal in the vanguard base,It was real funny when other people would enter the base and try to fight me or say what the hell, felt good being a hero in a villian base

This is what 3700 heroes in a single zone looks like.
Thanks to @EnsonsDeath for the GVE code that made me VIP again!
The King's Row NPC's who gathered around the sewer entrance near the tram in an endless escalator-like formation. Eventually, it was fixed and commemorated with a plaque.
I remember the rescued citizens in AP wouldn't move along, so when you made a new character and entered AP you'd have a throng of citizens on the stairs welcoming you.

ShoNuff: If sophisticated = bro-mantically emo-tastic, then I'm going to keep to my Shonen loving simplicity dammit.

Not as good as the bit where a rescued mugging victim would chase a flying hero forever trying to say thank you. Someone went around Atlas Park gathering up a whole herd of grateful citizens, and dragging the mob around Ms. Liberty. It looked like the civilians were stampeding.

Also, rescuing 5th Column robots. That was a fun bug.

There's a new bug that I'll call "the sliding people bug". Now instead of running away, citizens and enemies "slide" away without actually moving their legs as if they were on ice. It's pretty funny.
Ghost Ship stuck in wall!
to TO THE END!
Villains are those who dedicate their lives to causing mayhem. Villians are people from the planet Villia!
I love the fact that every issue the Vet attack powers go pear shaped. It's kinda gotten to the stage where I look forward to "what're they gonna do this time?"
Thelonious Monk
The current "Pull the Nemesis Staff out of the ground" bug is quite entertaining.
I once had a newspaper mish screw up when a patch went out. The mish was supposed to be against CoT, but it was full of 7th Generation Paragon Protectors of a very high level.
Way back near the launch of CoV I had a mission with half of the map missing. I turned a corner and then fell for a very long distance into a black void.
I also had a mission where the patrol dialog displayed as "Patroller_1_Dialog" and Patroller_2_Dialog"

No praise for the sideways skirt bug?
There was a base bug that I wish i had the prestiage to use at teh time, getting the other sides guns etc.
I don't suffer from altitis, I enjoy every minute of it.
Thank you Devs & Community people for a great game.
So sad to be ending ):

But um...so...can the pre-SSK Sidekick/Mentor system be considered a "bug"?
No? WAI it was? REEEEALLY?
Looking back, I think "fixing" the SK/Mentor system with SSK has got to be my favorite "patch" ever.
Then there was the time all ambushes were set to the minimum level of the enemy group. So you'd finish a mission in Brickstown at level 30-something and be attacked by level 1 Council.
