Here's a pic of our group after smacking down Nightstar. And yeah, at +3 she was PAINFUL. Mostly because she had not one, not two, but THREE Warwalkers sitting right next to her position. Trying to take them out at even-level could be a pain in the buttocks. Trying to take them out at +3? Well, she's dead and Team Atomic BBQ is standing there for the splefty photo op.

We ran several Alignment missions to start off the night. We then decided to put the smack down on a few more Praetorians.
Black Swan...goosed. Then we made Mother Mayhem scream for mommy.
All in all a very nice run tonight.

I apologize. I've not been keeping up with my adverts for the group. And thus we've had falling attendance and people confused about if we're still going.

We had two people show and at 10 after we rolled out. We picked up an ITF in Cimerora and burned our way through.
2 fire/rads, 1 fire/dark corr, one fire blaster, and assorted tanks and brutes and other "lowly melee types".
Several of your regulars are still on Family Time this week. So we'll see them back next Monday.
Again, I apologize about the shoddy state of my updates. And I'll be improving them in the very near future.

Anyhoo, we had a HELL of a productive night last night.
A few new faces, which are always welcome.
We had a request for a Synapse, but had a player unable to play it. So we did the next best thing.
Did a Posi1 THEN a Synapse!
People were leveling all over the place. It was most disconcerting!
I believe our lowbie player started at 12 and finished in the neighborhood of 20...
Now the Synapse took a bit longer than planned (we always seem to wind up in "kill em all, and scrub the walls" mode...). Stealth just ain't our bag...

1 hour and 8 minutes on a non-speed, non-kill-all "march through and kill anything in our way" run.
And we now have a viable strategy for the healing nictus issue. KILL IT FIRST.

Okey doke. Been a bit remiss with my picture updates.
So here's our last two weeks of them.
Last week we hit up the Numina TF. Spanked the living crap outta it. The only thing that slowed us down were the *BLEEP!* hunts...
And then this week, we opted for an ITF. Unfortunately we were short some people this week. So we picked up a few fillers (Fire/Kin, a Kin/Archery and a tank), and proceeded to whomp Rommy's butt in 1 hour and 1 minute.

This week went quite well, even with the low turnout.
First mish of Ramiel was +0x4 due to miscommunication. We ripped through it AND Trapdoor. Literally, 30 seconds from full HP to begging for his life.
Next one we bumped to +2x8 (was still being conservative) with AVs.
While it took a little bit to whittle the Honoree down, we were simultaneously cooking Holtz. My comment at the end? "Shoulda gone +4"
Went +4 for the final mish and just ate it up.
First of the alignment mission. Just killed and killed and killed.
The next mish was the one with all the Arachnos in the ship. It bugged somehow and came out +0x8. Not sure what happened. We tore through it.
Final one was that freaking Longbow mish. And the fact that they were giving such paltry XP doesn't surprise me, having played villain-side and become sick-to-death of Longbow.
For those who aren't aware. The Rikti mission was averaging 135K XP a sec for Post. The Longbow mission? 55K a sec.

Congrats to Post on the new 50 and to everyone else on the group who made levels (yes, plural) tonight.
Was a hell of a run. We started out +2x8 and then, after we insta-melted Trapdoor, we cranked it to +4x8 for the Honoree mission.
Still waiting to see when it gets tough... We just burned right through the mission and never missed a beat.
Co congrats to Kaylee as the newest Incarnate as well!

Everywhere in Paragon City, the Rogue Islands, and all points in between, parallel and outside, heroes and villains (as well as vigilantes, rogues, loyalists and resistance) stopped in the process of beating the living snot out of each other to turn their heads and go "What the hell was THAT?"

So we kicked Marauder's butt a few times last night (but not before he kicked mine at least once...), and then we moved on to face Northstar... Being knocked off a roof top tends to add a bit more excitement to the evening, especially when trying to defeat a +3 AV... After a couple of attempts at regrouping, we finally showed Northstar the error of her ways...
