Fairly common issue that the vet rewards don't reward at the right time. Been doing it for a while now. Just petition or send a bug report, and they are usually pretty quick to respond and fix it for ya.

And once it's been fixed keep an eye on your reward dates. Often the following reward will be a little off too. After two petitions it is usually ok.

Mine's broken the other way. I just recently earned the 30 month Veteran rewards, but when I logged on today, I had 33-48 granted to me. And my account status says I've earned up to the 54 month Veteran rewards.
I've already bug-reported it.

I sent an email to support on Jan. 5th for the 51 and 54 months rewards that were several weeks overdue. That got fixed in a couple of days, no complaints with CS.
But I had to sent another one yesterday for the 57 months reward, which I did not get either.
Third time the charm ??

When this happened to me I sent a petition and it was fixed. The very next reward was late again, so I sent another petition. AFTER the second petition my rewards were put back on the usual schedule.
Although, as mentioned above this hasn't been the case for everyone.
I had to petition 3 vet rewards that were late. After that it finally got back on track.

Aaand... on the other side of the coin; sometimes you get veteran rewards before you should, like yesterday (tonight?) I logged in and was suddenly awarded the 54, 57, 60, and 63 month awards... 66 and 69 followed a few hours later... petition those too... It'll be sad to see 'em go, but I haven't earned them yet.

The issue with getting vet rewards you haven't earned yet is a new one, seems to have started within the past 24 hours or so.

Yay!! I got hit with this bug, too!! Logged in my main account, which just hit 48 months last week, and got the 51 and 54 month Vet Rewards.
Maybe they're trying to make up for all the screwups, and non-rewarding problems? 
At least they're items I won't miss (too much) when they're removed... 
Seriously, though. I've had to petition for my last 3 Vet Rewards, and all three times, I told them that the system is broken, and needs to be fixed...

got an email from CS this afternoon, stating:
"A new system implemented this week appears to have corrected your Veteran Rewards."
And it did. I got my 57 months Vet rewards, and the messed-up dates for the 51 and 54 rewards were also corrected to the dates they should have been.
Hopefully, this "new system" will fix the bugs for y'all as well...

I literally just logged in on Union and even though I got the 48 month Vet the other day, I was just awarded the 51 and 54 month vet awards. I'm pretty sure something isn't working here...

I have been away a while and from what I can tell mine are accounted right. Last time I played though I think it was under the badges tab that you claimed them, I can't figured out how to claim them now. Can someone let me know?

Mine doesn't say anything about the 54 though, what IS strange, is the site said I had 48, but the first day I had 45, and didn't get 48 in til the next.
However I've never purchased one of their subscription promotions (6month 1 free/12month 2 free or whatever), so that wasn't what triggered it for me.
It is VERY nice of them to allow us to keep them though.

my account creation date was 4/7/2007, it is now 4/13/2010, simple math leads me to believe i should have 36 month vet rewards.....
