What server are you on, and is anything else affecting your network connection? I've been playing on Triumph and having no problems.

Freedom. And LOTS of people on Broadcast were talking about lag/lost connections.
Not denying you may have had issues, I haven't had a judder the whole weekend.
There is a whole internet between your PC and the server that could have been affecting your connection.

Well, Freedom is *THE* most crowded server - supposedly by a wide margin. At one point, it was speculated that Freedom had more people than all the other servers combined. If that WAS true, I believe it no longer is. Freedom and Virtue seem much closer in population now.

Yes, some Freedom players have been coming to Virtue, I can tell with names like Rokstedy1, RedRectal Rams, & FreedomRocksYou
(Course the RedRectal Rams, might been Virtue local, that actually might of took some thought)

Friday night and Saturday night, I was mapservering left and right. When I asked in channel, it seemed it was just me having issues. It turned out my ISP was being a POS. Everyone in my building had issues this weekend.

No issues on my work comp. It's crappy, and I played in 'Safe Mode' on Virtue.

I had some lag and at least three Mapserves which is some thing I never get normally, I did mange to never get disconnected during those mapsevers which I was very happy about. Some rubberbanding too which was annoying.

Did experience short periods of big lag in missions, specially on aoe heavy teams. Normally the game is lagfree for me. Feels as if the servers handling the missions couldn't quite cope with the added loads.
Freedom is my home server and I did not noticed anything our of the ordinary in terms of disconnects. There were a few moments of pretty large lag spikes but that's too random to pin down on any one occurence (could have been my computer auot-updating something).
Only dc'd once during the 4 days on Virtue , so thats all I got ta say about that.....

The mystery is solved.
When that many people cram together on one server at one time, the ones with the less than absolutely awesome computer systems get screwed because their computers can't handle all the information the game is trying to shove through them.
If you don't have a top of the line gaming rig, you're going to have problems on the higher populated servers during events like this. One of many reasons I play on Pinnacle.

Took forever just to log in. And then I kept getting lost map connections and when I tried to go to the Hollows, I got stuck on the loading screen. I guess my xp is more like x1/10.
