• The ability to *****-slap those stupid NPC's running around like headless chickens inside missions. You know the ones. The NPC's that panic, yet never leave the bloody map.

• The ability to pick up and fling/carry an NPC over your shoulder when you are doing a kidnap mission, instead of having to wait for the slow idiot to follow you out without getting lost.

• You are a super villain. A car drove into you in Port Oakes, it pushed you off the street. WTF? I'm a villain, and I want to punch my fist into the bonnet of the car and make it implode into a firey ball of doom, or alternatively, pick it up by the nose and throw it into the next vehicle in sight.

• Simplified respecs - where you have the option to keep your existing powers without having to rechoose them all over again, but just drag the slots about to reallocate them to where you prefer them to be.

• Removal of server lag. You know the stuff. It happens during ritki zone invasions, double xp events, and brand-new-events such as when the zombie invasion first took place. The type of lag that shows your powers ready to use, but you can't click them, and neither can the other 50 players standing around you.

• A revamp of the server status screen (where you choose which server to select). Keep the low/medium/high load dots, but add a 2nd column after that, showing current population of players logged in on each server. That way, just because a server with efficient load capacity, showing a green dot won't mislead those that don't understand what the load level really means.

• The ability to promote/demote supergroup members who are not online, and, the ability to invite players (including your alts) to supergroup that are also not currently online.

PPD/Longbow/Vanguard saying "Thanks!" when you help them out on the street.

Ability to stand/ride on the in-game vehicles. "Don't be a Wimp, Party on the Blimp!"
