I don't think Vigilantes/Rogues will get their own SG... Vs will go with Heroes and Rs will get with Villains.
The same goes for PvP... Vigilantes are Heroes and Rogues will be Villains.
This is speculation on my part, but as cool as actually creating a third side would be, I don't think the Devs will do it.

Will the GR beta have both an EU and NA training room at the same time?
Are there any new features in the game that'ld require both an EU and NA account? Im thinking of the MA testing in which arc comments got sent to the US @damz instead of the EU @damz.
Instead of like past betas in which the patch notes were just given to us, would it be possible to highlight areas you'ld like everyone to focus on while in beta? For example costumes/certain missions/certain team mixups etc.
WW recently said in her interview that there would be a content issue. Would it be possible to confirm that as either issue 17 or issue 18 without giving too much away?

Personally i dont think there should be a prestige grant. 20k prestige is pretty easy to get back in any shape or form.

I can answer number 2 for you.
The answer is No. They will not give out prestige boosts FOR SG/VGs losing prestige BECAUSE they won't lose the prestige. Even if an SG member quits the group, any prestige they have earned stays with the group. If that member rejoins then their counter restarts but there is no way for an SG member to take the prestige they have earned with them or "un-earned" it.
That doesn't mean they won't give a prestige boost but they will not give it for those reasons.

Awww, did not mean to cause any trouble. But the other purpose of the thread is to bring attention to the Developers so they would include these features or atleast to give them something to think about :P.

I am not sure if this is the right place for this topic, but last night I came up with a few questions, which I am sure is very important to "some" of the players. I am sorry if this topic has already been discussed, but I did some searching and had a hard time getting information. I'm hoping a Dev would read it.
Questions:
1. What would happen to a current SG/VG that decided to be or has always been a Rogue/Vigilante? Can they re-register their SG/VG as a Vigilant/Rogue Group?
2. In the coming Going Rogue expansion, many players/heroes/villain will make a switch, resulting in the loss of prestige on the SG/VG they were in, will the devs give out prestige boost ones again? Although I know losing a partner on a team is a loss which is a fair enough reason.
3. Will SG's/VG's have the option to rename the SG/VG name? I was thinking of this so we do not have to start from the beginning.
4. Can a Rogue/Vigilant remain or join a Super Hero Group/Villain Group? The reason for this was, Some Heroes/Villains have secret plots and some are members of an elite group/inner circle but inside they are here to stay to cause trouble!
5. This question is related to the fourth question, Will there be a new contact (registration) for starting a Vigilante/Rogue Group? or How is this going be implemented?
6. In PvP zones, how are Vigilantes/Rogues PvP? example: If you're a Rogue, you start in Hero base? But who will you attack? Both sides? I know this is a stupid question but I am just curious.
7. I know the Devs have mentioned Badge renames on the switching process from Hero to Villain (accolades), but what about Vigilantes/Rogues?
8. Is it possible to stay Vigilant/Rogue and gain all badges from Hero AND Villain side? As a badge collector I am curious, worried and excited at the same time. :P
9. How are patrons going to work in the side switching? Will they still be exclusive to Villains only? This is a personal question but when will the Villains get "fire" protection/"psy" protection from their patrons?
