Mr. Bocor has fallen victim to a group of hooded vigilantes who have been plaguing Port Oakes, interfering with illegal operations and pacifying villain's powers. He demands that revenge is taken on these miscreants and his powers are returned! You look like just the villain for the job. Challenging.

It's not like he probably would have listened anyway...

And you DO get Dual Pistols for Double XP weekend, as long as you preorder Going Rogue before or during it. You just don't get them for free.

Whoa, hold your horses there Chad...just because some red name said it doesn't mean it's so, and you can't just go quoting things around these parts. Why, just the other day someone told me the sky was blue. I refuse to look out the window I'm sitting next to--I want a report with documented photographs!
