22, but I'm not awake (missed some blatantly obvious ones... and turned someone into an '80s musician, which didn't help.)
That is really tough. I only recognized one right off the bat, so I didn't even try the others.
I have to say, great job though!
I got 19 of them.
All the usual suspects, Freedom Phalanx and Lord Recluse's inner circle mostly.
