I have way too many characters to list them all, but I'll put a few.
Da Krusha - Neutral Evil. He doesn't want to be a villain. He lost his memory and Arachnos claims they'll help him regain it if he works for them. Once GR comes out, he'll see through the facade and switch sides becoming Neutral Good.
Break Stuff - Chaotic Evil. He hurts people just for the heck of it. He's not in it for anything except an excuse to kill and maim. If you want to hurt people, why not become a villain-for-hire and get paid to do it?
Yellow Chaos - Chaotic Good. He's a trained assassin and is always on the verge of crossing the line.
Robotic Pirate Ghost - True Neutral. He claims to be a villain, but is in Arachnos simply for a chance to go toe to toe with Captain Mako.
Ben Blitz - Lawful Good. He simply became a hero because he wanted to use his powers to help people. He would never even think about breaking the law.

Gray Goddess- Chaotic Neutral: I might let you live. I might kill you. I might make cookies and give them to small children. I might make cookies from small children.
Cassadega Delgado (Hi Protectorites!) - Chaotic Good: Rules? Since when have those done me any good? Just chill and trust me to do the right thing.
I don't do Lawful Good very well. I just can't wrap my mind around it. In reality, I'm a bit more Neutral Good. I'm generally inclined to do the right thing, usually within the rules, but willing to step outside the rules if they are too "stupid."

According to the quiz result I am True Neutral. And I'm happy with that. 
Character-wise... well it depends on mood.
Although I just re-ran the quiz and found two of my main characters, Arctic Princess and Whirling Dervish, to be on the Neutral Good side (?) of things. I had to answer a tiebreaker for AP (Stealing is Wrong / What's Important Is To Help Other People) to get that result for her.
