Wow Just wow. At 9:20 (central) there were 19 in the hive, I believe only four of us had ever been on a raid, and quite a few I talked haven't done it since I9 came out.
I had quit 2 teams after explaining that we need specialized teams to make this happen.

I was thinking I might get a few EoE's out of this, It will be entertaining.
There is no way someone could rally this rag tag group into a Hami samich making mob.

I still find it hard to believe, What started out as a random mob of heroes turned into a successful raid.

If anyone here would share their part to acknowledging people, would be nice.
I'd love to see more cohesion after yellow mitos die, I don't say anything cuz I'm waiting for a leader to emerge from this. Drogoh mentioned and asked "is there a targeter." and at one point I thought he stepped up to being the damage targeter. I'd like to see whether blue team leaders and teams taking down blues first or Green team leaders and teams holding greens take down Greens first or not, I'd really prefer more of a cohesion working together to bring mitos down faster. Normally once yellow mitos go down, the main targeter will then direct people together like old hami times and start using $target to point which mitos to kill. Preferably Greens first then Blues. Reason Greens first: well, they will continue to heal blues and the longer it takes to take them down the longer the blues stay up. The longer it takes the more HAMI TAUNT tank has to pop EOE till all mitos are down.
I heard also last night, "how come it's taking longer to take them down tonight?" Well it's a bit tough when everyone is still scattered everywhere like performing mothership raid when we need to be like a doctor taking biopsy of each cancer cells. I'll assign a targeter if I have to next time :P:P I hope someone would rather take charge of the mito damage targetting after YELLOW MITO kill phase.

In between mashing buttons I tried telling people where to go, but they just weren't having any of it.
You need to establish team leaders and targeters before the raid even begins if you want people to listen, because once you hit the goo there's a much greater chance things will fall apart and people will be too busy concentrating on clicking buttons instead of reading. Second wave was a bit slow, I thought, but the others went very smoothly all things considered. The Hami taunt Tanker might not need so many EoEs if you keep three or so Emps on him (Regen Aura, Adrenalin Boost, CM, heals) at all times.

Now this is some what of a variation and a wish list for a nice ran HAMI RAID. Each Team has a specific purpose and this is a COORDINATED TEAM effort. Please do not come to the RAID thinking this is like LGTF or like MOTHERSHIP Raid. Please be patient during team forming and giving direction to teams are not familiar.
Guidelines: we will form at the entrance inside the Abyss, please be patient and do not start killing GM until called upon. We normally start doing the HAMI SPAWN / EoE harvesting phase when at least 36 people are there for random EoE drops. Hopefully enough EoEs will drop for the raid. For the ease of the raid, usual ratio is around 100 EoEs per raid for people who are not comfortable. Well OILED hami raid doesn't require as much EoEs.

Make a custom targeting macro to send your Tier 3 pets into the goo.
For example, if you're a Robotics mastermind:
/macro Hami "targetname Hamidon$$petcom_pow Assault Bot attack defensive$$targetname Hamidon"
Double-tap the button, because sometimes you get odd results if the game tries to process the command to attack before it processes the targeting. (That's also why the targetname Hamidon appears twice.....)
Substitue Assault Bot for the type of Tier 3 pet you have.
Yes, it can be keybound as well. If you know enough to want to do it, you know how to do it....

I will be farming bio-nukes for the next hami raid I can make, but I have a question. In warburg there are "biological mutagens" and "nuclear blasts", but nothing called a bio-nuke. Which one is everyone referring to?
i believe its the biological one that we want. i got mine hero side today...have yet to get one on my villain. but i will!
