Not a bad build at all. My only question is are you really going to stick with 3 level 50 IOs in most of your powers? Wouldn't it be overspending just a little bit?

As a FYI, this also works in the following situations...

Moving from XP --> Vista*
Moving from Vista --> XP

*With this it tends to bring up the UAC menu everytime you start it up, since it's technically not a 'registered' application.
