In AP1,Freedom server now,many here but would be nice if even more were here.

I'll miss the pancake layered final rooms in caves and..........CoT maps,though I hated them in the past,the game being canceled,I'll miss everything about the game,good and bad!

/em toast to the game and everyone on Freedom,it's been a great ride and had countless hours of fun teaming with many there,wish it'd never had to end. We'll have the memories of all the great stuff we did while playing to cherish forever. /em Salute to the game,the community and the developers!

Interesting set,although it doesn't offer any kind of Def,DDR,Confusion and Fear protection,it seems to be still an fun set. I'd make one as an alternate to DA for a Tanker. With IO sets and Incarnate slotting,it'll be another keeper for me.

Looks like I'll finally have another Tanker on my second account just as wicked as my DA/TW on the first account!

Also,just for completion for an additional pet widow,one of the temporary buffing pets(Fairy,Drone,Oscillator or Wisp.)

BoTZ used to have a bit higher bonus for the +def for Range and AoE with only 3 slots used but got reduced because it was deemed too good an IO set for travel powers with minimal slot investments. Compare that to other sets,say for example,Lockdown. That requires 6 slots to get a +3.75% range compared to BoTZ needing 2 to easily get +3.13% to range.

Many took advantage of it and although I wasn't in beta to test it,those that were voiced their concerns on it going live with the higher bonuses for minimal slot investments going live. It went live as is.
Many knew it was too good to to be true and expected it to get fixed and it did,for issue#17.

BoTZ used to be worth a lot more but since it got changed,the price dropped significantly as well. Just as well,all good things must come to an end. Besides,it isn't too bad nowadays,with ATO's and other new content,it wasn't hard to adjust and redo builds.

They can be purchased from Reward Merit merchants,in Ouroboros from Astral Christy(Astral Merits only),Fort Trident in AP(Heroes alignment only,with Alighnment merits)/The Crucible in Cap Au Diable(Villain faction only,with Alignments only). You can also get them as drops and they are available for sale from Wentworth/Blackmarket/Trading house as well. You can buy it from other players too if you can find any willing to sell them,to avoid the market taking in your % from listing it too.

They are not available to purchase from the Paragon Market at the moment,but who knows if they will ever,except for the developers.

I just got my first 50 on the second account on Exalted today while on a LGTF TF,Cobalt Enervator,SoA.

Finally,got my first 50 on Exalted,Beam/Time Corruptor,Dot-Shift(first account)while on a ITF. Now I have to bring the 2nd account to speed with a 50 as well.

More alts to level up!

I purchased the Malta Gunslinger and Pirate Costume Permanent costumes from the Paragon market and both were not flagged to correctly as Permanent. Both were listed under Temporary powers and had limit of 2 weeks and could be deleted if not careful. Haven't checked the other ones but if anyone else has them,can you confirm what they're listed as?

1400 Points for 2 "Temporary" costume powers that are supposed to be bound to the account for ever has to be a bug!

I'm guilty of spending a little over $100,split among the two accounts. What I enjoy now is having 20 extra enhancement slots for each character(which helps a huge amount when it comes to respecs it will helping using less of them to unslot the valuable ones to store in the previously capped 10 limit tray.)

I'm happy that I was able to get the Barbarian costume and BR for both accounts with the accumulated Paragon Points since the program started.

As for spending more,pretty content for what I've already purchased and don't expect to spend more,aside from the regular monthly subscription.

Halloween is coming in over a month so perhaps we'll see themed stuff for it soon!

The developers have done a awesome job with the for new tutorial. The old one lacked the excitement and anticipation of the new neutral tutorial.

This new one I can see myself running each and every time on every new character and I hate to say it but..........the Praetorian tutorial doesn't have the same level of fun compared to this(my two inf.)

I agree with others that the tutorial was very fast and went over quickly too but it was a fun time and for me,that's what really counts in the end,a fun time!

When the servers get back on,I'm going to try the tutorial on redside,wonder how that will be.

I got a few names that I wanted,thankfully,some of them were still available on my home server of Freedom too but its nice I was able to get them on the new server.

• Pet Powers Change:
  • Recharge times on pet attack powers will no longer be affected by any outside source. This includes buffs and debuffs. What this means is that pets can no longer have the recharge time on their powers increased by player buffs (like Speed Boost) or their recharge time decreased by player or NPC debuffs. This change was made to allow pets to correctly cycle through their attacks instead of getting locked on using the same attack over and over and neglecting to use other available powers.

518.8 MB download,it has to be something significant enough,for a moment,I thought it was probably the pre-download prior to the new issue about to go live in less then a month,as in the past,except with the new launcher.

You know its not a good day when you just joined a BAF and then as the team is all locked in and ready to que......right before getting the que to press the green button to zone in.....forced disconnection and ending back into the log in screen.......yeesh. My day off from work and I just wanted to relax and kill evil Praetorians with other players,guess that's too much to ask for,early in the morning.

Arachnoid Bosses on the higher difficulty setting have had crazy regeneration. Biff and another named Arachnoid EB are 2 that have even more higher regeneration then their boss class. EB Biff is always EB rank,no matter the difficulty that you change to. I found the best way to deal with him if he was being difficult was logging a 2nd account 50 and making Biff see the error of his ways(which of course doesn't take long.) Still,even though he's always EB class,reducing the difficulty should make his Regeneration much more tolerable. And as others already suggested,bring temp pets,Envenom Temp,anything to deal with him as needed. The tools are there and its always worth it exploit the mob's weakness.

For the OP,how bout having your team play with Incarnates slotted but with all the Power Challenges against your team,+4? Before starting a TF/SF/Trial,how bout choosing players debuffed,enemies buffed,AT powers only,no travel powers,no temp powers,no Epic/Patron,no inspirations,no enhancements then begin. If you and you're team can get the same times with the above settings,then I'd consider Incarnates to be OP for regular PVE content. Any TF can be run these days on +4 with Incarnate slotting a breeze but how about the power adjustments before running it? Would make for an very interesting run!
