How could I do this? (Costume questions.)
There are Wrapped boot and glove options. I use them on my Egyptian priestess of Ra, Djeseritra (Fire/TA/Stone).
For the chest and legs, I think the Enforcer or Buckled options might fit the bill, with careful colorization to make them look more like bandages.
Failing that, you could use the Zombie chest and legs, Wrapped boots and gloves and a kilt or skirt. That's similar to how I have Djeseritra clothed, except no Zombie parts (she was sent forward on the river of time to serve Ra's will in Paragon City, but despite having traveled across ~5000 years, she's still only in her 20s).
Hm... could also throw an animal head on and make it an avatar of an Egyptian god. They were typically depicted as bare chested, wearing kilts/skirts and sandals.
I would use the 'sightless' full mask option for the head, myself
Unfortunately, there are no "mummy wrappings" options for heads, chests, sleeves, or pants.
Here's what I did.
I used the Egyptian headpiece and the mask design I used was "straps" on a sightless mask. Color the straps whatever color you want the bandage to be and the lower layer any other color you want. I used the combo of faded tan and black. Now do the same with the chest, using sleek tights and straps design. I used the gloves that have wrappings around the wrists and the hands are exposed because I thought they fit better with the straps design.
Next I used the battle kilt and colored it tan as well. The legs use straps with the same pattern as the chest and mask: faded tan and black. Then I used the same wrappings I had for the gloves as I did for the feet. As an added accessory I used the heavy chain shoulder option to give him neck jewelery you'd expect to see on someone of Egyptian descent. I think he looks pretty darn nice.
Dang.... that is some nice work there.
Thanks. It took a little experimenting and determination, but I like the results. Also, he's a character with (wait for it) sand powers, a.k.a. fire/storm controller re-tinted, although I've heard dark/storm works just as well.

Based my idea on Xzero for quickness' sake. I'd probably make a few more color changes, but I used a few details I thought were missing.

You could also use the Cyborg face pieces to get more of a burial Mask look:
That's a good look too. I actually like it better than mine.

Head over to the Screenshots And Fan Creations section of the forums. There are lots of people there ready to help make costumes. And if you look through the Post Your Best Costume Designs sticky, you'll find some Egyptian themed characters, and, IIRC, even a Mummy one.

Biggest Troll on the forums? I'll give you a hint:
Ok, I think I've mostly got my spider mutant issues sorted out. Probably. (Also, the attempt seems to have generated a number of mutant wasps and bees, be careful out there if you're allergic.) Now, I'm trying to figure out how to make a mummy - I keep seeing the Egyptian head piece, and I've been considering making another character with Dark powers. I know that the character creator has the head piece, and probably something in skirts/kilts that would work. However, I can't seem to find a texture that looks even slightly like bandages. Maybe I'm just not looking at them right. Can anyone offer a suggestion? I'd prefer something that's available to all three body types, since at the moment other than "mummy" and probably "Dark powers," I haven't nailed down much about the character at all. I would prefer a bandaged mummy, if possible, since naked mummies are hard to distinguish from zombies.
