New Stuff already, this time in more classic Superhero type art 
The following were all done by Snareser who is over there on Deviant Art...
Not totally in love with how Caemgen's face and hair turned out but overall I'm pretty happy with there And I must say, the turnaround time was amazingly quick...
Now these ones definitely need to be colorized!! I do like the lines and details, and I agree with you on Caemgen's face and hair. Fenian turned out the best of these three, imo.

Robaato http://robaato.deviantart.com/ was having a quick run of commissions throughout the day so I jumped in line... Haven't seen this one except for on my iPhone but something looks off...
Well it's really late and I'm half awake (but still up for some reason ) but from a first glance I see several things, most notably her legs don't match. The one on the left (her right leg) is too long above the knee and too short below the knee.
Also there is too much space between the top of her bosom and the bottom of her neck... like there are an extra few vertebrae or something.
And most of her fingers (except the thumb which looks correct) are missing the middle phalanges... you only see the proximal and distal (i.e. 2 joints where there should be 3).
Those things aside (and a few small others) it's still a pleasing piece to look at but might want to get the anatomy corrected before having it colored.

Must say I didn't notice legs at all but can see it now that you point it out. As for the fingers, I'm not too too worried about those. I wouldn't say that's nitpicky but it's also not a main concern...
Ah well, I'll send him a note and see what he says... Not sure how much revision he'll be up for since it was a "quickie" deal thing but we'll see.

Yay for gift arts!
Back near Christmas time, the Bayan Knights on dA had a promotion where if you were watching their group and commented on their journal, you would get gift arts from one of them...
MiliescentCurse did mine. Initially it was a full body pic of Fenian (it's a few pages back now) which she said she was going to color... It was a nice pic and it was a cool promo the Bayan Knights did...
Anyway, she never did color the pic and since it was gift art I certainly wasn't going to complain, but a few days back she shows me a new WiP... Not the coloring of the old pic but a new bust shot! *And not to disparage the other pic, but the new one, imo, is much much better...

I think fen looks really sweet and cute here, yet still like she's not going to take any crap
Btw, if anyone has any critiques and or suggestions for her I'll pass them along... She asked me for mine but I'm much better at enjoying arts than nitpicking them

He responded that he'd adjust it if I liked, that the costume had him thinking in terms of a corset so perhaps that was what seemed off to me. Then he finished by asking "the torse and everything is correct, she just needs smaller breasts?". (paraphrasing from memory)
So it seemed to me that he really saw no problem with the anatomy but just felt I wanted smaller boobs on her... I decided that if he couldn't see the problem still that there was little point in just having breast reduction arts done... Yeah, maybe I could have pressed the point and eventually got him seeing what I saw as the problem but... 1) I'm lazy and gave up on it 2) it was advertised basically as quickie commissions so I didn't really expect major changes and 3) I figured if he still didn't see the problem that any corrections he did were unlikely to fix them.
All in all, I consider commissions to be a gamble to a certain extent... You can look over the artists (selected) history to try to make smart bets but you never really know for sure what your getting until you get it. I just decided to write this one off as a losing bet.
NOTE: I am NOT trying to disparage this artist or his willingness to make changes. Like I said, I gave up rather than press the issues I had with this piece... And his art in general does not have such obvious flaws...

New arts rolling in...!!
First off, if you somehow missed it, check out Swanzies Adventures in Color thread (page 8) - He, as usual, did an amazing job for me coloring Clap-san's lines!! I'm always amazed at how seamlessly he slips his colors into whichever style of art he is working with to make great new art without losing the flavor of the original...
Secondly, new stuff from Jirogam - He put his own spin on my characters, taking some liberties with stuff like the size of shoulder pads and such, but I think the results are pretty darn cool...
I really like the composition of the group shot. Fenian looks pretty hot, too.

QS - thanks . And yeah, I think Fen came out hotter in the group shot. I think perhaps her face is a tad too wide in her solo one...
