I stand corrected. But that does sort of undermine your argument against adding the Coral Hammer, which you mentioned is a temp power in a way that could be read as meaning that that is a reason you wouldn't add it as a weapon. Sure it's too big as-is, but you could just resize it like you did with the Carnie mallet.
Though maybe that's not something you "just" do. |
The only way I can think of that they could add it in is if they suddenly decided to add Coral as an option for Stone Melee/Assault. Could work IMO, just another load of work.
Also, the ring-pommel sword is one of the three swords that are part of the Martial Arts booster, named the Chinese Broadsword, available to Broadsword, Dual Blades, and Katana.

Been saying this same thing since the start of the game. Want a robotic armed character that uses the arm to fight so bad!

I was afraid that was what you were saying, and basically that's not an argument I am prepared to accept. Consider my own reaction to every temporary power ever, including but not limited to Rune of Warding and Wave Scrambler.
"Wow, neat-o" And then I remove it from my power tray and never cast it ever again. Keeping things unique is a terrible buisness model too. Giving people something to base a new character around leads directly to people making a new character, which leads directly to them sticking around to level that guy up. We should be beset with a torrent of extraneous options such as these. It's good buisness. |

Coral club and Elder knife...not sure if both sides have access to those villain groups. They're too signature to no have as unlockables.

I know this thread is a week old, but it was the first thing that popped in my mind when I faced off against Dominatrix's gim--I mean, minions yesterday. Those maces they wield are pretty spiffy.
