I'm male but play both male and female charactrers based on the concept. I'm also kinda freaky and keep an updated excel sheet with my character information. Currently, I have 94 males and 50 females.

Du... er, gu... no wait.

MAN.

The characters are all ladies. *cough* Ok, fine. Women.

I guess I've got some odd complex, or something.

OKAY... technically that's not true.

I DO have a few female characters, for when I just dont think I can adapt the idea in my head in a manner that would fit a male character.

Pixie Lady is my Inv/EM tanker. She opperates on Perma-hover though (Have to do --something-- to justify the 15.5million Inf wings I bought her back when they first came out)... so no annoying run anyhow. (Sadly though I dont care much for Energy Melee so the 15.5m wings are the only thing that keep me from deleting her, on principle.)

Also have a female Dark/Sonic defender (on Virtue I think) but I rarely leave Guardian.

Once Going Rogue hits (And I'm eventually able to get it) I'll add to that a female Dual Pistol/Pain Dom Corruptor, who I'll be redeeming to play heroside.

Mine doesn't track gender, but it does track:
  • Crafting Information For Common IOs, broken into their levels (10-25, 30-40, 45-50), with notes on what's memorized, what's not, how much of what salvage each needs, and how much I have for all I need to craft, and how much I need to get.
  • A list of how much Common IO Recipes cost at the workbench, so that I don't bid more than that for the ones I need.
  • A list of how much Invention Set Recpies sell to an NPC for, so that I know if I'm better selling to an NPC or putting on the market.
  • Build plans for all of my characters, so that as I level, I know what power to take, or where to place a slot, and what to place in it. It also tracks how many of what enhancement I need to buy or make.
  • A list of my characters on Guardian, my main server, and Pinnacle, my (sometimes) alt server, showing the name, Primary, Secondary, AT, and Level of each character; A list of how many of each AT I have, as well as what ATs I have gotten to 50; A list of all my Heroes and all my Villains, ordered by Level, highest to lowest, so that when I need someone for a certain level range, it's easy to see who I can choose from; A listing of the Super Groups each character belongs to; A listing of all the Primary and Secondary Powersets for Heroes, broken down by AT, showing how many characters I have using each set, if any, to help when deciding what new character to make if I don't have any ideas but wanna make a new one; And the same thing with Villain powers. All of this is in one tab, but each section is seperate. I have to hit page down to to to each, or page up to go back.
  • Build plans for deleted characters, becuase there's always a chance I might wanna remake them some day. In fact, I'm playing one right now that I had deleted a year ago, and just recently remade.
  • A dayjob tracker, listing what each badge is, where to earn it, and if it's for Heroes, Villains, or Both; A listing of the Accolades and what badges are needed for them, and if they're for Heroes, Villains, or Both; A list of where each character is currently logged, so I can see what day job they're working on; A list of all charcters and day jobs, where I mark what ones already earned and the one currently being worked on, as well as the time I should log in to get the next badge, broken down by side (Hero and Villain), then account (first and second).
  • A listing of Taskforces and Trials with the Merits awarded, contact for it, level range, minimum team size, and how many missions; A few story arcs are also listed for Flashback For Merit Earning purposes.
  • My SuperSidekicking Exemplaring Chart
  • A list of all the Invention Set IOs I need for my Fire/Kin, that I work on approximatly whenever.
  • A listing of my Heroes and the Praetorian AVs, so that I can track who has what one for the badge.

Yes. I'm anal. But I'm organized!

Niiiice - Love it Kheldarn! It sounds like a tremendous amount of work and maintenance, but it's worth it if you enjoy doing it! Mine is much simpler - I track and sort by:

Name / Server / Hero / Villain / Level / AT / Gender / Primary Power / Secondary Power

And I recently added a column to note if they won a costume contest and have a section for deleted characters as well

That is pretty much the extent of my organization as well.

And is a dude with all dude characters. I just can't get in a female mindset or something with roleplay so I gave up trying even though I really like the options that female characters get. They make some of the best looks in game I think.

Off topic, but are you a member of the Pride channel? It's public so you wouldn't need to find anyone to invite or anything, and it can be handy (or amusing) at times.

I am, though I generally don't listen in. I mostly just talk to my SG mates and occasionally some other people, like the people in the forums.
