    91!

Taken (please copy and add your guess to your post to help us all keep track):
    3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 32, 33, 37, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 55, 57, 58, 60, 62, 63, 67, 70, 71, 73, 74, 75, 77, 78, 79, 81, 82, 88, 90, 91, 92, 93, 95, 97, 99
  2. I did up a quick build in Mids, and it seems like Dark Armour and Stone Melee could work quite well together.
Massive amounts of stun and controls, plus near immunity to psychic.
    The only issue is end.

    Anyone else tried this combination?
  3. EchoSoKar

    Psi/Mental

    Anyone have one of these?
How do they play? What should I slot for, aside from damage?
    Anything I should avoid?
  4. 1. My Warshade is currently 'specced for Biform-Dwarf. I didn't like how squishy Nova form was, and I didn't like switching from one to the other only to die when my res dropped when I left Dwarf.

    2. I have not played PBs as much, so I cannot give accurate perspective.

    3. Aside from animation times, I cannot think of much wrong with Shades. My own damage is a little lackluster at level 34, but that is likely slotting and power use than the actual AT.

    4. Nothing wrong with the human forms that I can see. In response to the KB issue that has been brought up, I do not see that as an issue. Midnight Flux has updated their Controlling Knockback guide, which I have read both versions of. KB getting out of hand is up to the player to reign back in.

    5. As they are both EATs, the Kheldians and Soldiers of Arachnos compare quite closely. A good comparison that I have seen is that SoAs make their team better, and Khelds are made better because of their teams. As has bee mentioned earlier, SoAs give their team definite, hard numbers, while Khelds help out their teams by being awesome, and by using skills. It's similar to the difference between a Tank and a meatshield. VEATs, if played improperly, are similar to meatshields, while Khelds are simply a hindrance.

    Hope this helps.
    Echo

    Bold to emphasize...
I beg to differ, but this is not the thread to argue about this.
  6. My Ice/Ice blaster has your solution.
Ice Patch + Ice Storm at your feet.
    Possibly Shiver if you're energetic.

    Beam Rifle!!!

I officially LOVE Beam Rifle. Disintegrate makes me a happy, happy camper.
the point of this particular thread was to express my joy over it.
Carry on with your lives, or discuss as you will.
  8. How are you with accuracy?
I have Spiritual on my WP/SS tank, and I enjoy it a lot.
I have plans to slot my Beam Rifle/Mental blaster with Musc when he gets Alpha.
There's also Agility, which adds to End Mod, and movement rates at the upper tiers.
  9. I would be very interested in seeing more shots of Turnturtle...

    Love it! Thanks!
  11. As to the OP, I don't think so many slots are needed for Tough or Heightened Senses. Consider removing one or two from both. I'll post my build when I get home.
  12. I'd like to give this a try...
I'll see what's posted by tomorrow or monday, and pick one.

    Costume help?

I have a SD/DM tank that I would like some assistance with...
She's only level 3 at the moment, but I like to plan ahead.

She was part of a Soviet Netherworld program, which imbibed her with Darkness powers. Her shield was presented to her partway through, but, unfortunately, her conditioning had yet to finish when the Soviet Union fell.

  14. Thanks Werner.
I'll try it again and see what I pull out.
  15. Awesome.
    Thanks both.
Here's the build I tried out on Mids.
Any suggestions, without using purple sets or PvP sets?

  16. I have a Katana/Regen scrapper going at the moment, and I had a few questions for those who have done the same, or something close.
I'm mostly slotted with only SOs at the moment, with a few IOs, with two partial sets. That being said, I have some minor end issues at the moment, which I have been trying to work on.
Assuming I can get some good slotting going, what is the viability of this combo being an AV killer, or being able to solo TFs?
I like the character, and it's been working for me so far. Just wondering about higher-level viability.
  17. Sent a Boards message to you, Attache.
    Sorry for your loss.

  18. Echo So'kar, Willpower / Super Strength tanker.
    Feel free!
  19. EchoSoKar

    Cameos for You?!

I have the references in my sig.
Echo is preferable, but feel free to use both/either!
    Epic battles FTW.

EDIT: Echo is a Willpower/Super Strength Tank, Punkicide is an Energy/Shield Brute.
  20. EchoSoKar

    Omega Maneuver

    Fair enough. Thanks.
  21. EchoSoKar

    Omega Maneuver

I've been humming and hahing over this power... I want it, because I love nukes... but I don't want it, because I've heard that it is low-level nuke damage.

I've seen it before, and it looks cool... but...

    Opinions? Hard facts?
  22. My opinion is a bit biased, as I only have a Crab.
But I loves me my Crab.
I am a little lower on the level end, but I still have my three AoEs. I didn't pick up any of the Wolf Spider powers... Venom Grenade - Suppression - Arm Lash when in range. My damage is slightly lacking, but I have dismal in the way of slotting. I can take out an entire spawn very quickly with just those.
I have wanted to try a Bane, just for the flavour... but it always seemed too Mace Stalker to me.
And as to the backpack/legs issue... Never understood what the big deal was. I think they look cool, and it makes you look unique. Not to mention that Slice and Arm Lash just sound... juicy.
