Random Number Generator is random. If it makes you feel any better, I've never gotten any of those either.
I get good stuff all the time. I also get my fair share of vendor trash.
Short version, you cant get a good roll unless you make sure you make as many rolls as you can. Always look to maximize your merits earned per time spent at the monitor and your results will improve considerably.
Even so, it IS still random, so if you're doing that and it still doesn't work, well, sucks to be you.

Some RNGs check the mouse coordinates or the time of day for their algorithm. Ours checks gender?
