Champion Double XP Results

So, as the door closes on this Double XP Weekend, how did you do?
Did your Altitus kick in and make you play musical chairs with all your characters?
Or did you lock yourself into one toon and take them all the way to 50?
How much sleep did you loose?
Did you survive completely on Mountain Dew and Cheetoes, because you refuse to leave your computer desk?
How many friends and loved ones did you loose? Or at least confuse the heck out of, trying to explain MMOs and Double XP?

I went from 45-50 on a kin def, and 1-50 on a kin controller.

I got more than 8 hours of sleep each night, ate 3 real meals each day, used 0 energy drinks, and even had time to spare to enjoy time with my boyfriend.

8-40 on an EM/FA brute, approximately 1.8b of stuff sold and a few hundred mil earned the old fashioned way. Wasn't on as much as I'd have liked, but I'm happy with the results.

Got to 50 on my coldfender, that was my goal for the weekend.

Other than that, I made a ton of money on the market with little to no effort.

I got the badge for 102 mapservers defeated, then gave up and read a book.

Got a level on a couple of higher characters, just soloing around, then got my dark/rad corr who was sitting at 18 forever up to 38. It's a lot more fun to play with all the nifty rad powers.

Really wasn't into this 2xp weekend as I have been for others. And it wasn't because of the constant mapserving.

Got my Widow, Merciless Sapphire, from 32 to 36 last night.

Had spent time helping friends on another server level up, got a MM Thugs on Justice from 17 to 30 this Saturday.

Also worked on my original pirate, LaJeanne Gaspar (Fire/Kin Troller), on Pinnacle server from 25 to 29, and unlocked Hess TF contact. So if anyone's got a pirate on Pinnacle level 25 or higher, lemme know so we can Hess it up!

I'm seeing posts from people who were not as into the 2XP weekend as usual. Just wondering, but how many low- to mid-level builds do you still have? Personally, almost all of my Champion characters are 50, leveling up is not as high a priority there, so I found myself juggling among the many alts I have on other servers that did need leveling up...

Got my shield/mace tank to 50 and a new fire/shield scrap from 1-36. Made nice money on hte market with minmal effort and even had time to eat and sleep during the weekend.

Took Captain ZZap from 46 to 50 in two teamings, for my second 50!

Most of that was from one of the invincible kill all ITF's on Saturday. We finally abandoned the "kill all" part due to the mapservering.

went from 33 -50 on my rad-dark made an ice/kin and got it to 50 and got me bs/regen scrap from 20-43 so i am pleased got at least 5 hours of sleep each night and made decent meals for my daughter and myself

I got my Controller from 10-50 and that was about it. (Still) Terrible server latency + Mapserver issues = No fun. I read about 150 pages in "Atlas Shrugged," went to a birthday party, cleaned my computer area, and generally lazed about for the weekend. I had originally planned to go make some moniez on the market, but couldn't find it in me to even try to access Wentsworth.

Made some ebil moneyies.

Did some TFs.

Went golfing. (Hit a 350yrd drive... okay it was down a huge hill with the wind, but im still claiming it).

Got a new Dominator to 29 (Winter Thunderland Ice/Elec, twin pets woot!).

Shamelessly farmed blue mitos cause I was bored. (Dark armor... fear and end drain resist FTW).

I think the mapserve issues turned me off the most to this last weekend. Probably the least playtime on an open weekend for me in a long while.

Lord Doppelganger, my Thugs / Force Field Mastermind, went from level 32 to 50. I now have a second bubbler to alternate with on my weekly Rikti mothership raids. :P

Id rather work twice as hard on a normal day than to play another double xp with those server conditions.

On Champion I got my fire/sr/dark from 43-50

Well lets see.... since Friday after launch of dblXP wasnt so laggy my main goal for the entire weekend blasted through her last 20 lvls. When the lag started kicking in it truly delayed alot of play on a lot of parts. Sat. I spent a good chuck of the day helping levels others but I did get my other project I was gonna focus on some lvls. And sunday welll my acct expired and didnt get reactivated til late afternoon but then was hard to find a team til late last ngt and i was so tired. And I got dragged along on several things to blast my widow through levels.

But here is my list of the progress!

So overall really productive!

I didn't make as much progress as I'd like, but some.

Dr. Amy Byrd (Emp/Arch Defender) from 35 -> 35.99999999 (had to log)

Oh well. I got Ana to 44, so only a few more levels till I get her to 50 at least.

Got my emp/psi defender to 50 with some nice compliments on her buffing (Thanks!!). Unfortunately, the lag was very disconcerting.

I don't understand how Champion gets so laggy. It's not like it's the most busy server. It makes me wonder if I16 is just going to grind things to a halt.

Champion normally gets lag because it's on the same server rack as the Test server. Heavily loaded Test server = lag on Champion. That wasn't the case this past weekend though. I can only assume it was some sort of hardware problem, as not every West coast server experienced the severe lag from what I've been told.
