The powers are just dire, though. Hence the 0% in the end

I never have and probably never will use any power from the presence pool, so it is 0% for me, too.

I tried an experimental Fear heavy build on my Kat/DA but it sucked End like a Hoover.
So for me it's just the one character, my Stone/SS Tanker who uses Provoke as a back up when in Granite for extended periods of time. I've considered further use of the pool but not bothered so far.
As I have about 24 active characters, that's a fairly lousy percentage.

and the only toons that it makes sense on (to me anyway) is some MM builds. or of course if your going for an off spec/ conceptual build 
As above, I did one have a fear/imob heavy DM/DA/DM build with presence pool, but fun as it was ocasionally frankly most of the time it sucked [censored].
Tankerminds use this pool alot, in the old days alot of blasters used it also for the fear powers. (run in, fear, aoe aoe, done).

Used it once upon a time on a ControllerMind (MM with lots of control). But never since though I have thought about it. So currently 0% for me.
1 toon out of 30 (3 of the powers). You do the maths.
It's a rather underused power imho.

I have well over 100 toons. Never took Presence even once. I just can't see the point of it. I don't recall ever seeing anyone who has taken it. I reckon it must be the most under-used set by a long way.

I used to have it on my Kin/Rad. The PbAoE fear was quite good for holding down mobs and gave some good debuffs. only thing I do remember about it as it was a long time ago was the base accuracy felt truly, truly shocking. I think I ended up running 2x Acc as well as tictacs.
Respecced it out after a while and haven't been back on any of my toons since.

Not really a discussion on its merits just more of a straw poll on its usage.
What percentage of your toons has at least one used* power from the presence pool set?
Ill start the ball rolling and without the need to go and look can hereby announce I have 0% of my toons with this powerset.
*by used I mean as in not just having the power for slotting with set bonuses. Although tbh you'd have to be pretty desperate for that
