Sounds like a good plan. Might just pop in, have a few toons looking for a fun time.

I tanked 4 lvls in hollows in the early hours of this morning but that was on Zukunft and had fun. I don't often see normal PvE missions being done on the English speaking servers really. Its either Radio, AE or TFs simply to gain levels.

You know, I lost count of frostfire after doing it more than a hundred times. If anything, that zome reminds me of yet another reason I don't play heroes! 
However I must admit it's fun to go back every now and then, since frostie's been through several changes. Seems there's always a new surprise in there!
I will log in for a bit tonight and hunt some magmites or coralax to pass time.
Ahh the Hollows a zone that used to be feared by so many, and to many others taught them all about agro ranges of mobs. 
I do miss the buzz in the hollows as well, used to be a thriving zone, folks being buffed by Aerie and taxibots operating there to help all the new players out.
Many a death or adventure ive had in my early days ofthe Hollows, since the zone has been revamped its lost alot of its danger element to entice folks into it and not to fear the palce. War witch and co have done a nice job making it more player friendly to the new player. Even put a hospital in there to.
But as you say the MA seems to have drawn all the new players in and most of the fun zones like Hollows all neglected once more.
Normally when i make a newtoon ill work my way through Wincotts arc, then on to Kings Row to start on my contacts there and also pick up the jetpack from the Scanner missions, even getting the Jetpack should entice folks back to the Hollows as makes getting to the bottom of the zone so easy for them hard to reach missions spots we used to have, which i think have all been made more accessable with the zone revamp.
I miss them days of experianceing the true hollows

I love the hollows, having to use temp jet packs to travel, without getting killed, i remember the temp pack ran out in the middle of the zone an i had to get a mate to TP me out

One of the two most well-intentioned yet misguided Re-duxs in living memory for Paragon.
First the Hamidon Re-dux then The Hollows re-vamp. Sorry Warwitch, I know you worked hard to balance the zone and thin the mobs out - but the big mobs and frustration of nearly getting there and falling 100 yds from the Mission door was the sadistic appeal.
Keep the Med-camp but re-double the mobs and put the over-sized spawns back where they used to be in my opinion, the thrill was finding a way to the Mission entrance. Besides, Its not exactly that hard with all the flightpacks and temporary travel powers about.
# Sighs #; I miss the good ole days of being on-duty in The Hollows. I still patrol now and then but I have noticed the numbers have twindled from 20-30 Heroes in the Zone to less than a handful per night on average.

I dont level in the MA and never will, id rather experiance the getting about in a big city and feel as tho im actually making my way to the scene of the crime. MA is of no interest to me.
And the hollows is ideal for those who do like to go places for missions in hte low levels. used to be a verypopular place the MA seems to have made it a ghostzone, empty. For us older plyers the Hollows has lot of memories.
The MA wont give you memories its a sorta virtual mission creator no sorta immersion, traveling from zone to zone gives immersion of you traveling through the city.

I've almost stopped using MA now and gone back to the Hollows. In the last 4 weeks I've been in MA once and I play almost every night (really must get a life)

I barely use the MA(although I'm working on a story in there) but The Hollows is still a zone I avoid if possible. Mostly because I have done most of it, multiple times.

It's not just the lower level zones that have been emptied by the MA - Peregrine Island is now very quiet - not a demon farm request or padding offer in sight

You know I find that rather refreshing It's nice being able to do missions in PI without all the "PL please" mostly has to be said without the please and "lvl 7 looking for team"

Personally, I feel it would help City of Heroes, if they demolished the Atlas Park MA (And possibly the Galaxy City one too) and transfered any players logged out there to the Kings Row MA.
Additionally, as exemplaring via Oro doesn't give Exp then surely the MA should NOT give inf/prestige, as it is a Holographic Training Simulator...

Well, pilots get experience from flight simulators before they're allowed to fly the real things, so the MA is like a crime fighting simulator

Would you be open to increasing some spawn sizes in the hollows? Some of our fondest early days memories are trying to navigate through the hollows.

When I logged in the game briefly this morning I had a horrible shock that I do not want to repeat, though I fear I might. I decided I'd go to The Hollows to try to help any low level players that might need it. To my horror I found the zone was utterly and completely abandoned...
I think a lot of us have fond memories of The Hollows. I know I do. It was the zone that struck me the most and is one of my favourites. I remember once I hovered straight from one end to the other ... took me half an hour but I enjoyed doing it, such was the newness and excitement of the game. The way it was always filled with people of all skill levels; some trying to level and some trying to help but it was always filled with people that had a love and an excitement for the game. Even if it was your first night in the game you would be joined with people that were experiencing their concept and character for the first time; there was an air of excitement!
So, to go in and find that this zone that hosts all these memories and the connotations that go along with that deserted, really disheartened me about the state of the game as it is today.
The way the farmers crowd and almost oppress the once-social atmosphere of Atlas Park with cries of "LFF 2 spaces" or something like that just saddens me.
So, I propose that you meet me in The Hollows tonight and throughout this week, and just team up no matter what your level is... if you're higher, exemplar down, if you're too low, sk up etc. Whether you like The Hollows or not, or would just prefer to carry on inf farming just take a break for a single night and let's all rejoin together to make the game buzz with the excitement of the characters and the people around us, like it used to!
Take the opportunity to start new characters or old ones you had forgotten. Get out there and team like we all used to, and rekindle your love for the game and the community that brings the game alive.
Edit: I play on Union so I will be doing this there, but anyone can do this on any server!
