Hmm. Nice enough shirts, I suppose, but I miss a sense of fun in them.
I wouldnt want to see the ones they thought were rubbish.
Perhaps only 3 people entered.

I'd have to agree. None of them are any good. I'm sure the people put a lot of work into them, but, well, they're a bit rubbish.

i like the fact we don't get a chance to enter any of these contest...this is the 3rd one i know about we were left out

Ended almost a month ago now, but no sign of any winners being announced yet. Perhaps it's gone the way of the Creative Genius monthly contest? Wouldn't surprise me...

"The winning entry will be [announced] no later than 30 (thirty) days after the Contest Conclusion." So, they've got another week.

Same here, i always go straight to the forums since i figure any MAJOR announcement would get well announced here too

My self I liked 3rd place one a bit though some of the things were a bit wrong 'Phase Shift It'? You don't phase shift it you phase shift yourself... 
The rest were poor IMO, though I have to admit I couldn't do them myself.
I actually like all of them. The 2nd place one I might even consider buying.

Going to agree with a lot of posters here. The designs are simple but very underwhelming. I think that as a piece of merchandising, they should sell the fun of the game more and none of them do. So far, I've never seen any CoX T-shirts I'd consider buying.
In the end, I had my own made from a Draw The World Together sketch. So good The Cat tried to buy it. Go figure.

I am waiting for the winners' legalese before I can post the announcement on the website. It definitely takes a bit longer to organise European contests from over here. I first have to wait for the winners to reply to my emails, then make sure their legal documents are filled in properly, then have them start over again if there is a mistake, then wait again to get the paper version of their legal documents.
I will make an announcement as soon as possible, and no more bad-mouthing please, I do intend to start the Creative Genius program again!
As for the North American t-shirt contest, we had many entries, and those 3 stood out from the rest. Everybody is entitled to their own opinion but I am always grateful when someone takes the time to create something just for our game.

Can I make a suggestion for future competitions?
Instead of having people moaning about "I wanted to enter theirs, not ours!", run identical competitions for both sides, with separate (but the same) prizes and all the legal stuff separate. That way, to the users, they look like the same competition and neither side feels left out.

[/ QUOTE ]it not i want to do theirs competition, it i like to do competition of any nature, it might be nice if they where the same so everyone does not feel left out.
it just feels like this side is the very short straw when fun things like this come along for competition.
