Richard Garriott is suing NCSoft

Apparently they lied about how he went.

Either that or he is trying to claw back some cash.

Not good for NC if they lose.

Mr G may be the yesterday man, but what he did for gaming way before TR is more than NC ever done collectively. Properly run TR could've been a great title.

I'll probably get slapped in the face for this, but I bet NC had it coming, and going out in space: Rooohaaah, man, that's the PROPER way to spend rediculous amount of inf!

if you want more facts you could actually use your brain and read his legal complaint to the court, that link, after which you could read his entire legal complaint in a .pdf.

As far as that legal complaint goes, NCsoft is being accused of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract.

If you read garriott's complaint, it is blatantly obvious that NCsoft are at fault. To deny his complaint as true, would be to accuse the premises on which he bases his complaint as complete lies. And yes i am rude, if you have a problem with me, close your browser. However, being rude was not my intention, my intention was instuction.
