That's like asking if anyone would wear any of the outfits shown at London/Paris/Milan/NY Fashion Week. They're not meant to be outfits/hairstyles you wear, they're meant to show off the talent of the creator and provide inspiration to the masses.
If these hairstyles inspire anything, it'll be hats designed to look as if made from human hair, to match your natural/unnatural hair colour. And probably faux-human-hair-cat-ears, like Neko said.

A few of those almost look like the animal in question, while looking for a place to die, had slowly and painfully pulled itself up to its perch on the top of the head of the girl in question, and promptly expired there, its last strength - and will to live - finally being exhausted.
The rabbit especially gives me the creeps...
