Oddly Valkyire's costume is actually spot on, she's a science based hero

Hence why she uses the tech banded outfit, her whole outfit is created by nanites from the spear.

Spot on or not, it's [censored]. Infernal got a light redesign when Wings came out, at least give Valkyrie some loving so she doesn't look as horrible anymore. She could run for "worst outfit in the game" with Tina the Seamstress easily.

Also, Nanites are Tech, not Science, no?

All of the sig character have bad costumes, for goodness' sake. Positron is the most bland tech costume I've ever seen. Yeah, I know it's supposted to fit in with his origin, but his armor has to be a little bit more unique than something that takes 2 minutes to do. Statesman's alright, I guess, because of the golden age hero thing, but sig characters like Sister Pshyce really need a more unqiue touch to them.

With heroes like Sister Psyche and Swan, you have to wonder if Paragon City has any indecent exposure laws as all. Or if there is a special branch of longbow to take care of church groups, or prenatal organizations, making protests over the costumes (or lack there of) of the cities heroes.

But yes it would be nice if they wend over the hero side signature charters and gave them all unique good looking costumes, that was no to revealing.

Swan is fine as is. Especially in her black version.

The problem with Swan is the same one present with most of the tops with skin options when you make them pure white, which is that for some reason they become tracing paper instead of opaque. This also means that it simply isn't the same colour as....anything else that's actually white.

It's an utter absurdity that frankly ruins costumes and just isn't being fixed.

Khorak gets a lot of doubletakes, since I think the Valkyrie belt works really well with the male 'Bare' option for legs. Boots, gauntlets, pain pads, helmet and the metallic equivalent of a loincloth are all he's wearing.
