I have tryed searching here and reading patch notes, but my 'Google-fu' is not strong today.
I keep getting stupid base rent warnings when I log in.... however I have no idea where to go to pay.

I read something that indicated it was in Port Oaks.... but I dont know what or who i am looking for.
Anyone help please?

I'm pretty sure it'll be the same person you spoke to when you created your base - that's the way it works for Heroes.

EDIT: And welcome to the forum

It's in Aeon Plaza I thing, it's definatly by a big blue pond marked on your map.

It's in Port Oakes in the big Arachnos building near the Marconeville dot on your map.

As a matter of fact. Use the Teleport pad from your SG to travel to Port Oakes and voila you end up in front of the correct door. Very handy.

I wish they could have done a better job on that one, the building isn't too hard to find bearing in mind it's in the middle of town unlike the City Hall on the heroes side. It's a massive one in Port Oakes but the door looks just like all the rest and you can run around like a headless chicken clicking on doors for ages till you find the right one.

Why is it in Port Oakes, anyway, and not Mercy? Heroes get it in the start zone, and really easy to find. Villains have to, aptly put, run around like a headless chicken. There should at least be a reliable marker.

I'm guessing it's because of the awkward connectivity of low level zones villain-side.

Hero-side you can get back to Atlas from anywhere on the Yellow Line, while Villain-side it's 2 ferry steps from Cap to Mercy and 3 from any other high level zone. Putting the office in PO knocks one leg off the trip, and given the level 10 restriction on starting a SG shouldn't really handicap new toons in Mercy.

I'm sure those black helicopters offer some sort of shortcut back to Mercy, but even though I've been playing CoV from launch I'm damned if I can ever remember where they connect!

There is a Black Helecopter from the airport on Cap to Fort Cerabus on Mercy.

I really should do something about this signature.

I wish the black helicopter in Fort Darwin was useful for anything else besides the nonexistent chance that there'll be more than 50 players in Mercy at the same time.
