Stop stealth dimming luminous weapons?

Just an idea. Got a bit annoyed that when I picked up Stealth on my Grav/TA my lovely tango orange Talsorian bow got dimmed to a murky pee-ish colour. Same for Blades would be nice. Can I get a /signed?

I find that whenever I turn Superspeed on my toon moves really quickly, which can be a problem at times. Can we change it so Superspeed doesn't make toons move quickly?

Guys I think you're all failing to see that as it stands currently, when Stealth is active Talsorian weapons STILL glow, just as a murky dimmed colour. If they're going to shine through stealth anyway, why not have them as their true colour? Also Col., referring to me and Damz as "you people" is kinda pathetic.

Since if you were trying to be stealthy you wouldn't be carrying a large flaming sword. Stealth is not invisiability, its a concious effort to hide. Why you you try and hide your body and not your weapons?

As it stands in game at the moment, large flaming swords do still glow, but dimmed. So if theyre gonna glow anyway, they may as well do so in true colour? Rather than a tacky off-colour?

I can see the point Luke is trying to make - that sometimes powers (such as stealth) can really mess up a costume. Although I dont see stealth as to much of a problem compared to other powers because at least you get to see the costume. For example I love the Cloak of Darkness power but IMO it is a bit OTT with the swirly cload stuff in that my costume is COMPLETELY obscured, which is a shame as I speant ages trying to get it right.

Yes thats 100% it, obviously some powers in game are going to have too mess up your costume (ice shield, cloak of darkness etc) but then there are other powers (like stealth) that looks like its bugged and changes the colour of certain items SLIGHTLY.

It cannot be classed as "light being bent around a circle into a square hole because the hole is triangle ()" because the exact same colours used on other parts of the body stay the same.

Yes everyone knows you cant have an invisible body with a weapon which the enemy can see, but why does the colour/grade of the weapon have to be changed? I think what luke is asking for is for the colour of the weapons to remain the same . . . . just more transparant which is how it should be.

Oh and yeah first time i took cloak of darkness i was like [censored]? spent ages on that cossie only to find out that even the game engine wanted to cover it up because it was too cool (thats my story and im sticking to it ).

Stealth doesn't necessarily mean transparent.

It can mean "lost in a giant mobile cloud of steam / weird dark stuff". Which never seems to trouble the mobs for some reason.

"What was that? Is that a hero?"
"Nah, its just a mobile bank of fog wandering around the base"

Meh, compared to some of the things out there that really bite (e.g. costume parts actually sticking through each other...) this does seem like a bit of a low priority one. Your weapon colour is off for, ooo...lesse...however long it is stealth is on, until you then leap upon a mob and dispense finely tuned justice with smashing and crashing andbloodgutsgooorree...

You can get a /signed from me - but only on condition that your brightly glowing weapon would also be seen by any enemies you were trying to hide from

lol sorry I can't stop laughing at the whats that floating thing scenero's I can think of. I know, I have been beaten to the punch with this though, curses foiled again, but ah well bugger it. 'Enter gang of council soldiers, right lads that bright green sword floating in the air, 1000 roundsrapid fire should make it drop 'bam bam bam'.
