They may also be thinking of it as a way to boost PvE powers without unbalancing PvP? Justified or not, there have been long-standing grumbles about powers being nerfed in the past to serve PvP.
I went looking for a build to be my scrappers second build and now I want that one and not the old one. Looking down my list of alts I dont really have one that would infact have a good PvP build attached but I guess now I can think about that when making a new character

Or like GW did, make each skill have different effects in PvP and PvE 
(mostly duraction, damage or strength though).

[/ QUOTE ]Maybe Super Reflexes (and other defense-based AT's) will finally be "super" in PvP again! I won't hold my breath for that one just yet though 
As much as my heart pangs at the thought of waiting some more months for Architect, I honestly think they've done the right thing. All those wonderous features they might be able to squeeze in to make it even better than it already seems, and the custom villains (and perhaps hero helpers) are simply a must-have as far as im concerned.
At the risk of feature-creep, perhaps now would be a good time to offer some suggestions for the greatly anticipated I14: Architect. I could probably fill four pages with mine alone...
