I second that; GM_Darren sorted my woes out at lightning speed when I bugged him at least a couple of times on one villain mission - like the whiny little girl my toon was (I was role-playing at the time, of course... 
)

When I had the unfortunate situation of not being able to log into my main, Wolfsbane (If you have to know, I logged after a failed Hami-raid) and somehow Hami's bum swallowed him!), the GM team were awesome, and to this day I have nothing but respect for the team.

A while back GM_Emily helped me and a couple of friends out when a mission borked. Always my thanks GM_Emily and all the GMs for their help.
Just adding to this that Darren has helped me out a few times too. Once was on an ITF and Rommy would not stop running and within literally 2 minutes of sending the petiton he was talking to the leader and had sorted it for us.
I felt so well looked after a sent another petition with praise and apologising for sending a useless petition but they thanked me for the thanks..... I wish i had posted about it on here also but i wasn't a forumite back then.

Wow! Ive never seen a GM live before (theyve always been on chat). If they all have characters that are that cool how do I bork a mission enough to get one to visit me?
I know people complain a lot about slow response times for GM support but I thought I'd just say a huge thanks to GM_Darren who was talking to me within 5 minutes of me petitioning a bugged mission and was extremely helpful and polite. My favourite used to be GM_Charles but I think there is a new contender for Favourite GM of the month
