I always found the tweaks to the game interesting and most of the time reasonable, especially in old powersets. Sure you get a nerf every now and then like what Archery got before it went live, but mostly the buffs and debuffs the devs grace us with have valid logic behind em.

No that was an entirely undersired side effect not sure what caused it could be any mention of the 'N' word or perhaps the suggestion that 'Those who's name appear in RED' are somehow human too possibly a combination of the two who knows.

Well Stand good to see your still gunning for me. Perhaps it means implying someone else doesn't have a basic grasp of English or perhaps it means wishing painful medical conditions on people, personally I consider both somewhat abusive.
And Sir helm I will have to defer to your obviously greater experience of the subject and be glad I don't have to pay your opticians bills.
So I came here looking for a discusion but if you care for a flamefest I'll happily supply you with my Email and you can vent your spleens to your hearts content. But frankly I'll probably just giggle and shrug there too.

For your info, "I don't think that word means what you think it means" is a quote from that cracking film The Princess Bride; I made it because you seem to use the word "abuse" to cover pretty much anything from not taking a post seriously to pointing out a post's off topic. It's actually a much, much stronger word than that, and not one to casually throw in whenever there's any sort of disagreement.
On the other hand you seem to think that my pointing out you're using an inappropriate word means I'm "still gunning for [you]", presumably part of my plan to "vent [my] spleens", so using hyperbole may be a bit of a habit for you.
Whether you believe it or not I'm not pursuing some evil campaign against you here; life's too short, and as a general rule I reply to posts rather than the poster.

Honestly I'm not sure what the OPs point actually is. Rebalancing happens in any online games life, only way you'll avoid it is play a single player game

Still find it hard to understand that you fail to acknowledge Khoraks 'Hope you have a Haemorrage' post as not being some form of abuse but fair do's one mans meat is another mans murder.
Personally I like my somewhat dramatic use of language (where I feel it's appropriate) you may not. See Meat/Murder above.
And where I come from you need to be able to give and take abuse in equal measure and good humour, so perhaps my last comment was some 'twisted' form of respect rather than an implication you where 'stalking' me for past disagreemnets. And for my part I do pay attention to who I am reading/replying to as some names on the board would make me reread and reasses a post I initially disagreed with some names I perceive to be less interested in full blooded discussion more in 'one upmanship' on a personal level and will tend to not waste my time replying to. Agreed; if nothing else at least their constant fiddling means they're still paying attention.
Compared to earlier stuff (toggles turning into clickies, entire armour and control sets being quartered in effectiveness and significantly changed in emphasis) the current "added 0.3s to animation time"-type mods are all pretty small beer.

I think you've misunderstood the concept of flaming there Val surely you should have felt a sudden urge to set fire to me, leave the poor innocent monitors out of this, the phrase don't shoot the messenger springs to mind.
Take a chill pill, or take another look at what you posted and just laugh
Frankly the constant adjustment of game balance in response to both player feedback and in-house expertise the Devs seem to deem necesary is quite impressive.
1/ They balance both under- and over-performing AT's whilst generally leaving alone those that really do perform the function they were designed for (Yes I'm looking at you Fire/kins and stone tanks)
2/ They spend an unspecified amount of time with their DPS counters and Animation timers out critiquing their own work, again based on in-house expertise, whilst at the same time creating new content for us all to enjoy in the form of the next Issue.
At the end of the day as we contribute to their salary via subscriptions shouldn't they be doing the jobs as specified by their employers and according to their own experience as modified by player feedback, not appeasing whingers?
