Entries are open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents over 18 years old only, I'm afraid. And I can't enter either, which is a real shame because:

I'll be honest, I don't dislike the design, but I don't find it particularly inspiring, the 1st (Daily Mirror) design was slightly better.
I think NCsoft should give us all a template to work on, we could decorate a Pc with our individual Creative Genius designs.

Good Luck to whomever goes in for the competition though

Hmmm...this is a bit confusing. I don't know if they accept City of Heroes or City of Heroes/Villians.

Anyone know either?

I love the 'Winner will receive one Core 2 Duo (2.2Ghz) and a copy of City of heroes issue 12: midnight hour. nothing about monitor, PC, case, just the CPU!

I like the case but I'm afraid it pales in comparison to the one being offered on the American Boards . I'm sure our beloved DTWT artists can pull off something just as amazing.
